Private: property with lawn and trees. Heating to be paid on the spot. 5 km long steep, narrow motor access to 30 m from the house (mountain road). 30 m footpath to the house. Parking at the house at 30 m. Grocery 6 km, supermarket 13 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 5.1 km, railway station "Colico" 26 km, pebble beach "Gravedona" 12 km, outdoor swimming pool 12 km. Marina 12 km, golf course (18 hole) 39 km, sailing school 12 km, walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Palazzo Gallio-Gravedona, Chiesa Santa Maria del Tiglio-Gravedona, Agriturismo Zertin, Lake Como Adventure Park, Varenna, Bellagio. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola. Hiking paths: Livo-Crotto Dangri, Bodone-Alpe Motta, Alpe Paregna. 2-room house 50 m2.
