LLaiyinhade0706每次去英國🇬🇧都選擇住在這裏，已經習慣了。這家酒店的周圍環境很好，門前很寬闊可以停車。早餐🍳非常好，尤其是黃油🧈可頌麪包🥐超好吃😋！素食餐廳，營養豐富又美味！酒店經過翻修後，更加美觀大氣上檔次。服務不錯👌，房間內增加了小冰箱，供暖好。略提一些需要改進的小細節，我的房間衞生間通風壞了，窗户漏風，反映後一直到離開沒有得到解決，希望酒店能秉持顧客至上❤️。最後㊗️酒店🏨的生意紅紅火火！顧客盈門！

I recently stayed at this hotel during a business trip. While the room itself was nice and the location superb, the service was extremely disappointing. The staff, particularly two individuals from the reception team(both was indian guys), were rude and unhelpful. Despite the hotel’s policy clearly stating that room service was available, I was told repeatedly to “come down” instead of receiving the assistance I needed. My team had booked an executive room, expecting a premium level of service, but the attitude and unwillingness to help made for an unpleasant experience. For a business traveler expecting professionalism, this fell well short. Would not recommend if you value good customer service.
