Nestled on 85 acres, this private residence offers a stunning view of Oberon Lake. Relax on the deck and soak in the gorgeous sunrises, admire the stars wrapped in a cosy blanket, or sit in the spacious lounge in front of a fire while taking in the breathtaking views from the comfort of the lounge. This property is perfect for a romantic escape for two or a shared vacation with friends. The house can accommodate up to eight people only. The estate offers guests - a unique 600-meter private access to the lake, which is regularly stocked with Rainbow Trout and Golden Perch. Please note that obtaining a Fishing Licence is mandatory. Lake Oberon supplies drinking water so swimming is prohibited.The spaceThe house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The spacious lounge with French Doors leads onto a large deck. Three bedrooms have Queen-sized beds and French Doors with access to the deck. The fourth bedroom offers a double bed. This location is perfect for a peaceful getaway, especially with the cosy fireplace available for chilly evenings. Note: Oberon is the highest town in the Greater Blue Mountains region therefore nights can be cool even in summer and during winter due to snowfalls weather can affect road conditions.One of my favorite things about Australia is the wildlife, but for many others it can be an off-putting factor. Try to avoid walking through long grass and If you do, always wear safe clothing such as enclosed protective footwear and long trousers.
