The property was great and the location is near the train station. Also the service from the people that received you is one of the best! The apartment we rent was big, clean and confortable

What a beautiful and homey place to stay while in Interlaken. It was steps away from a grocery store and the train station but also very walkable to the river and restaurants. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful!

December family trip This was our first trip to Switzerland, we had 8 people in a 3bedroom unit and it was really great! The unit had 3 separate bedrooms and a full size pull out sofa. First, we absolutely loved being right by the train station. After long days of day trips by train, it was really nice to be "right there" when getting back. The grocery store right next door was also so convenient for just a few quick things to have on hand for the kids. The apartment is super spacious and I absolutely loved having a washer/dryer, even a whole laundry room. Such a great amenity when traveling with kids. They provided the pods as well. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with the basics, although we really didn't use it much The bathrooms were stocked with products, the daily housekeeping was great, and the beds were actually very comfortable! The staff were great with communication (so easy via WhatsApp). Every staff member we met was super helpful with helping us figure out the train, making sightseeing recommendations, and making dinner reservations. This is different than a typical hotel - there isn't a lobby bar/restaurant or a common area place to hang out, but for what we needed it for our large group, it was really wonderful.

We had an amazing experience staying at this property. The apartments had all the amenities you would need. Would definitely stay here again and in the other branches they have.
