酒店就在因特拉肯西站對面的馬路對面,所以非常方便,特別是趕早班火車時。酒店還免費在因特拉肯內部和因特拉肯東站和西站之間簽發公交和火車交通卡。馬桶有沐浴露,房間內還有6個USB口可以充電,房間雖然在臨街,但是窗戶和陽台門都是雙層玻璃,隔音效果不錯。房間有空調,但是冬天真的不需要,開空調的費用是CHF20。早餐只是一般,這裏沒什麼好玩的。

房間比較小，點的家庭房，有兩張小床在閣樓上，但房間沒有空調，閣樓白天被曬透了，晚上也非常熱，完全沒法睡覺。不理解夏天也很熱，居然沒有空調。

We stay here for 4 nights with a group of friends. It is not far from Interlaken West station (lee than 10 minutes walk) It has nice room, comfy bed but a little soft and fluffly pillow. The location is quite good, near supermarket and restaurants. Nice staff. Very good breakfast. It provide a lot of amenities with 2 bottles of mineral water everyday. Also have common room for guest's leisure and have some snacks.

Amazing place. Loved it. Great location. Quiet and peaceful. Good places to shop around. Walkable from interlaken west. They have a great roof top restaurant and a great piano bar. Coop is close by in case you need to buy anything. Close to good cafés and restaurants

Very convenient to the train station. The hotel is like a travelers hotel. Not luxurious but is good for central location to the town. The rooms are small. We had an issue on the first night when some noise kept us awake all night. They switched our rooms the next day for us. The breakfast buffet is really good with a lot of choices. Would recommend for anyone traveling through Interlaken.

真的很推薦這座酒店，距離因特拉肯火車站東站步行幾分鐘，一直走不用拐彎。去西站差不多步行10～15分鐘，酒店門口是一大片草坪，有滑翔傘和牛🐮，去小鎮上citywalk也是很方便，酒店早餐很不錯，工作人員也很奈斯，早上起床打開窗像進入童話世界，夢境一般。去格林德瓦first山的也可以入住這裏，步行去東站然後坐到格林德瓦站下車。

Stayed 4 nights in a junior suite at the Royal St George’s in Interlaken. Modern decor room with a seating area + two seater couch. Furniture shows some wear but overall comfortable. Bathroom was clean and spacious with standing shower stall and a separate bath. Breakfast spread was decent. Service staff were earnest but not sufficiently trained. We arrived at 630am for the start of breakfast and the service staff said they were expecting a large group that morning and insisted we could only be seated at a section without windows. As a paying guest, I did not appreciate my business was deprioritized for group travelers. As it turned out, when I left at 7am, no groups in sight as yet. Reception and check in staff were brilliant and special mention to Sebastian who was helpful with information on the area including dinner reservations, arranged our speedy check in and check out. He’s the top employee. Hotel location is a brisk 5mins walk to Interlaken Ost or 10mins stroll. Will return.

訪訪客We stayed 3 nights . The hostel location is a best . It near to Interlaken OST . Nearby with Coop supermarket . Staying here u will feel young and vibrant as hostel full of people . We do enjoy our stay, especially we can enjoy food in the same pantry @ level 1. Sometimes we do share our food . Example I bought extra eggs from coop, I can offer to someone / couple . It’s really good culture of sharing food and not waste it . The stay include hotel breakfast . Location - best . I prefer staying in interlaken OST instead of west Breakfast- good . With bread, yogurt , hams, eggs . Personally I loved the chocolate drink Room- we are lucky to have a double room with own bathroom . Our room is corner room, it bigger space for me to put 2 luggage Noise - yes. As it’s near the train station. To us, it’s ok even the windows is open during night time . As there’s no aircon or fan in the room Bathroom- standard . U need to prepare your own toiletries. Except the 2 in 1 bath shower/ hair Towel - yes u can change your towel with hostel counter staff Hair dryer - upon request . Do put deposit Ensure you made your own bed. Tidy the place .

訪訪客用戶Wir waren für 2 Übernachtungen hier für einen entspannten Wellnessaufenthalt. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich, schien aber teilweise etwas überfordert und die meisten konnten kaum Deutsch. Das Zimmer war ok, roch etwas Muffig und war sehr altmodisch eingerichtet. In der Nacht war es ruhig. Das Wellness ist eher bescheiden, das Wasser im Pool ist zu kalt und am Samstag waren alle Liegestühle bereits belegt, so dass wir dann gar nicht gingen. Wir hatten schon weit bessere Wellnessbereiche (und Zimmer) in Hotels mit weniger Sternen. Das Beste am Hotel ist das Essen. Es schmeckte immer fantastisch, auch wenn die Portionengrösse eher bescheiden ist. Das Highlight war das Frühstücksbuffet, die Auswahl ist riesig, es hat alles, da haben wir selten vergleichbares gesehen. Alles in allem war es ok, aber für einen Wellnessaufenthalt würden wir da nicht mehr hingehen.

訪訪客The ROSSLI Hotel in Interlaken was a great choice for our recent visit. About 8 minute walk to Interlaken West train station, flat surface, makes the location perfect when using. Swiss Rail Pass as we did. From the photos of the hotel it is a building in a traditional style of the Canton and the interior also reflects the style. The staff always helpful especially Jean-Louis who was most engaging and talked with his guests every morning in the breakfast room, breakfast was excellent with good choices. Room was comfortable and clean, our balcony with a view of the mountains. A bonus here was a fully equipped dining room, crockery , cutlery,microwave, refrigerator and more so we could bring food from the markets etc to eat rather than in the room. Also saved a lot of costs. Interlaken is a great location to use as a base to explore this wonderful region in Switzerland. Would stay here again and can highly recommend.

訪訪客I have stayed in the hotel with tour groups many times over the years and absolutley love it. The location is perfect for a holiday using the trains and local transportation to get around the area. You are always just a short walk from anywhere in town. The holel is comfortable with a huge amount of charm and personality and each room is unique! The staff are friendly, multi-lingual and really warm and inviting. They are always available to help with any questions or assist with any issues. I would always recommend this hotel!

We are a family of 4 and finding a room for 4 in Europe can be a challenge. Hotel Derby was perfect for our family, the room for 4 was a great set up. They managed to fill the room with many nice amenities you would find at a chain hotel. The breakfast was very good and they had a lot to offer. When I arrived my suitcase had cracked and I was so worried about making it for the remainder of the trip and the flight home to USA. I asked at the reception if they had any tape I could use, a few minutes later they brought me some duct tape and scissors so I could tape the crack in my suitcase. It was an absolute lifesaver. I got through the trip and made it home. They saved me from a potential disaster. Very much appreciated. You can expect great treatment if you stay here.

訪訪客用戶We stayed here for two weeks early September and enjoyed beautiful weather and stunning views of the snow capped mountains. We upgraded to a room with balcony which certainly came in handy due to the weather and balmy evenings, and meant we could open the door and window. The room was very clean with twin beds and separate duvets which are typical of many European hotels, and a very good idea. We stayed in the Annexe a few steps away from the Reception and main Hotel. The Breakfast Room was light and well appointed with a paper placemat of the Alps for each guest. The breakfast is typical Continental with the addition of Scrambled Eggs and the selection of cheeses and bread were delicious. The two ladies we saw most days were called Nicole and Nicolette and were most helpful and gave us tips on places to visit. The Railway Station at Interlaken West was about a ten minute walk away and buses stop just across the road from the Hotel. We were given a local transport pass for buses in and around Interlaken and we went to several places on the two Lakes Brienzee and Thunersee. The Interlaken Area Swiss Rail Pass is well worth purchasing at a cost which gives you unlimited travel on both Rail, Mountain Railways, Eiger Express, Cable cars, Jungfraujoch and Lake Steamers and upgrading to First Class is well worth the extra cost as some of the trains can be very busy. This makes it so easy to get on and off trains as there is no inconvenience of trying to buy tickets from machines. If you are staying in the Interlaken area it is essential to research the available travel tickets for the area otherwise it is extremely expensive to do individual trips. We have been to Switzerland and are returning again staying at Zermatt. We travelled to Geneva Airport which was not a good experience as we had to queue for a long time going through Passport Control again and we almost missed our flight home.

訪訪客用戶The room was great and a very good cost saving room rates as compared to other Hotels within that commercial area. The location is walking distance from the Interlaken West and OST Train Stations. It is strategically located in between Train stations. So if you love walking even with luggages with rollers/tires, 600 meters to 700 meters walk to the station would be a lot of fun. The service was also great. Katya and her team are very helpful and friendly. Restaurants, convenient stores COOP, Coffee shops, groceries, pharmacies and many more are very close by. If you are looking for the best bang for your buck, this Hotel is the way to go.

訪訪客Beware On booking this hotel I was looking for something pretty within the Interlaken area for myself and my daughter. I am a seasoned traveller with a lot of experience and have stayed in many hotels ranging from 3* to 5*. As long as the property is clean, functional and provides all the things noted or that I’ve paid for, I’m happy. I have got to say that this is the worst hotel I have ever been to and the customer service is absolutely shocking. First of all, when I arrived I had to take a second look at the picture of the hotel I had because it looked nothing like the one advertised. Pictured is a pretty building with what looks like a little cafe outside with pretty umbrellas. The hotel is down a little side street and underneath there is no cafe but two Indian restaurants. The signage says Tandoori restaurant and these signs are mysteriously missing from the pictures. Now, being from the UK I particularly enjoy Indian food but I do not want to sleep above two noisy restaurants and when I went into the hotel the smell of Indian food permeated all the way through the building and into our bedroom which was quite nauseating. Through the hotel, it was evident that cleaning is not a priority. In fact, I wonder if the carpet has ever been hoovered at all. There were bits of debris everywhere. Shopping trolleys littered hallways along with empty alcohol bottles that had not been removed or cleaned away. Inside the room it looked nothing like the pictures online and the floor was dirty, there was a stain on the bedding sheets and sticky residue on the doors. In the bathroom dirty toilet roll had been shoved through the lock hole and the bottom of the shower curtain was black, mouldy and thoroughly disgusting. How the owners can get away with advertising this on a well-known and trusted site is beyond me and how it has got 3 stars is baffling. I immediately contacted booking.com and sent the pictures. They spoke to a lady on the desk who I went to see and requested a refund. The receptionist said she would have to speak to the manager. I came back half an hour later to find that the manager refused to give me a refund and there was nothing they could do. Basically, they don’t care. I went through the reviews and found I’m not on my own. I spent the rest of the night trying to find another hotel as I was not prepared to stay in that state. I found another 3* hotel which was wonderful, less money and ten times better than Hotel Toscana. I hope that nobody has to go through what I did and lose all their money on this dreadful hotel. The owners do not care at all and are basically ripping people off. I lost £1500 for 6 days. I am taking this further as I do not think it is morally right to have this place advertised with false pictures and classed as a 3-star hotel given how dirty and badly run it is and for the prices, they are charging.
