Great Hampton Inn! It’s brand new and in a very convenient location. Lancaster and Sight and Sound are easily accessible. Shannon was at the front desk and was very personable and helpful! It is a very modern looking Hampton Inn. We really had a wonderful stay and will stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel on Fri, May 16 - Sunday, May 18 2025. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and absolutely loved our room. Let me start by saying the hospitality all around was exceptional. I had a few conversations with the front desk rep prior ro arriving, Iris and all of my conversations were friendly and professional prior to me getting there. Once I arrived, the front desk rep was Jean (male) and he continued with the professionalism that must be contagious throughout the hotel. Check in was quick and fast. Later that night, I needed extra towels because the girls had gone to the pool and wanted shower afterwards and housekeeping was "Johnny on the spot" and delivered my towels twice with a smile. The young lady who serviced our room was overly friendly (in a good way). When she left, I felt like I had known her for years and the next day when we checked out, she was just as friendly and sent off with a nice smile and wave. The hotel is new and very clean as well as nice. We had 3 rooms but I was in room 226 and it was HUGE. It was close to GIGANTIC (see pics). We loved and appreciated all the space especially since I had 2 of my 10 year old granddaughters in the room with me. Breakfast was "yummy" and my little picky eaters loved the strawberry waffles, sausage and scramble eggs. Breakfast was hot and well stocked. Hot coffee is in lobby 24/7. I also liked that the hotel is in a secluded area. It was very peaceful and serene. Another great feature is that there is plenty of free parking. The hotel is also very close to little "mom and pop" shops of you want to venture out. A quick 2 -3 minute walk and you are taken back in time and another 5-10 minute drive and you are on Lincoln Hwy which is the main street. Everything is so gorgeous. We had a wonderful time and pleased with our stay. Let me say again, if you want a room fit for a King (Queen), ask for room 226. It's sooooooooooooooooooo spacious (check out the pics).

I didn’t have a reservation, but noticed this new Hampton was open so I thought I’d take a chance on availability. Was I glad I did! I was greeted by a wonderful woman at the desk (Shannon) who helped me install the app on my phone so I can take advantage of the Hilton Rewards Program! She was so helpful and accommodating! The room was extremely clean & since I travel for business quite often, that is the main thing I look for in a hotel, and the bed was super comfortable . I highly recommend staying here!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We enjoyed our stay at this new Hampton Inn. Staff are friendly & fun to chat with. Interior decor is very sterile, feels more like Tru. Lobby is welcoming. Walking distance to Kitchen Kettle & shops. Breakfast OK. Need some local food items .

Bad experience from the moment I arrived. Hotel shouldn't be open until it is fully operational. (including parking) very inconvenient carrying my things from the opposite end of the entrance. As soon as I entered the building it smelled like smoke throughout the premises or maybe it's the cleaner they use. My room smelled the same. I as well noticed the pillow cases were not changed on either bed. After a long day, we had all intentions of just swimming. Went to the pool and it was filthy. Went to the front desk to complain and they said " The pool is not opened" There was no sign on the pool entrance that it was closed and no notification when I booked the room. I wasn't even there a half hour and I checked out. The manager was rude, unprofessional and would not offer any kind of refund. I'm in hospitality and this is not how you run a business. Your Hotel shouldn't be functioning until it is complete but its all about the money for some. Customer service and making the guests happy should be priority.

This Hampton Inn is in a great location for a visit to Amish country. It looks like a nice Hampton Inn on the outside until you enter, it lost the outdoor decor country vibe 100%!!! The interior is not inviting at all. The room felt like a very cold uninviting industrial vibe. In fact for a new hotel, the quality of the room is not well made. The room looked like it was already a couple years old of use already… not very clean either. Once you enter the hotel/room, you would never know you were in the heart of Amish country! Was not interested in staying for breakfast.
