Yesterday my husband and I were trying to make a reservation at our favorite hotel at the last minute and it just wasn’t going to work this time . We recalled the new Hampton Inn just opened and thought let’s try it . We are long time Hilton Honors members so this was actually something we looked forward to . I always call the desk directly to make a specific request . I have a medical need and the call center historically can never assist with the layout of the hotel I am reserving a room at. It took at least three very specific ways of questioning the first person I spoke to , to get her to finally tell the truth about being at a call center out of the country ! Finally she agreed to connect me to the desk even though that was the number I called in the first place. Then , when I spoke to the front desk attendant , I explained why I was calling her directly . She replied “ are you a Hilton Honors Member ?” Now here’s where I thought oh good , this is where a yes means I get better service …. Right ??? Ummmmm NO! When I said yes , she replied “ well then you can make your request on the app yourself “ 😳. WOW. Uh. Ok. Well I’ve tried that and again , usually only get the right results about half the time . So she was obviously annoyed that she would need to help me , reluctantly agreed to after she put me on hold for a bit . I decided if as a long time Hilton member I was going to be that much of a bother to a new hotel for a Sunday reservation in Amish country , I’d spend my money elsewhere . So glad I did. I was welcomed by a very lovely person down the street at the Amish View . Someone who obviously went to hospitality training . Shame . Hilton brand is not shining these days . The cold greeting matched the cold decor. Too modern for the area IMO . Suffice it to say , I guess I’m glad I was chased away . We come to the area at least 5 times a year . What a shame .

Great Hampton Inn! It’s brand new and in a very convenient location. Lancaster and Sight and Sound are easily accessible. Shannon was at the front desk and was very personable and helpful! It is a very modern looking Hampton Inn. We really had a wonderful stay and will stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel on Fri, May 16 - Sunday, May 18 2025. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and absolutely loved our room. Let me start by saying the hospitality all around was exceptional. I had a few conversations with the front desk rep prior ro arriving, Iris and all of my conversations were friendly and professional prior to me getting there. Once I arrived, the front desk rep was Jean (male) and he continued with the professionalism that must be contagious throughout the hotel. Check in was quick and fast. Later that night, I needed extra towels because the girls had gone to the pool and wanted shower afterwards and housekeeping was "Johnny on the spot" and delivered my towels twice with a smile. The young lady who serviced our room was overly friendly (in a good way). When she left, I felt like I had known her for years and the next day when we checked out, she was just as friendly and sent off with a nice smile and wave. The hotel is new and very clean as well as nice. We had 3 rooms but I was in room 226 and it was HUGE. It was close to GIGANTIC (see pics). We loved and appreciated all the space especially since I had 2 of my 10 year old granddaughters in the room with me. Breakfast was "yummy" and my little picky eaters loved the strawberry waffles, sausage and scramble eggs. Breakfast was hot and well stocked. Hot coffee is in lobby 24/7. I also liked that the hotel is in a secluded area. It was very peaceful and serene. Another great feature is that there is plenty of free parking. The hotel is also very close to little "mom and pop" shops of you want to venture out. A quick 2 -3 minute walk and you are taken back in time and another 5-10 minute drive and you are on Lincoln Hwy which is the main street. Everything is so gorgeous. We had a wonderful time and pleased with our stay. Let me say again, if you want a room fit for a King (Queen), ask for room 226. It's sooooooooooooooooooo spacious (check out the pics).

We spent one night in this brand new hotel. As expected it was spotless and very welcoming. This hotel is a little different than most Hamptons - it has a more sparse look. There is no carpeting in the rooms and no closet. That was the only thing we disliked. Clothes hangers are above the luggage spot and very open. If you have a dress or pants there is not room to hang freely. There is no desk, only a small round table and one chair. The breakfast area is lovely and there is seating outside if the weather is good. However, we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

I didn’t have a reservation, but noticed this new Hampton was open so I thought I’d take a chance on availability. Was I glad I did! I was greeted by a wonderful woman at the desk (Shannon) who helped me install the app on my phone so I can take advantage of the Hilton Rewards Program! She was so helpful and accommodating! The room was extremely clean & since I travel for business quite often, that is the main thing I look for in a hotel, and the bed was super comfortable . I highly recommend staying here!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We enjoyed our stay at this new Hampton Inn. Staff are friendly & fun to chat with. Interior decor is very sterile, feels more like Tru. Lobby is welcoming. Walking distance to Kitchen Kettle & shops. Breakfast OK. Need some local food items .

The Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton is well located at the main crossroads at Intercourse PA. It is a newer Hampton and was bright and easily accessible from the car park with luggage. Lots of easy parking. Check-in was trouble free and my room was bright and well appointed. I liked everything about the New Hampton style except for wooden floors in the bedroom. A couple of rugs placed strategically would solve this. I am glad to say Hilton properties have started offering a bar of soap again, and not just the horrid dispensers which have become the norm. This Hampton is a perfect no-frills hotel from which to explore the charming and fascinating local are and is highly recommended. Breakfast was the usual Hampton disposable plates and bowls fare and also perfectly adequate.
