因斯布魯克萊比錫霍夫飯店(Leipziger Hof Innsbruck)

En arrivant à Innsbruck, j'ai constaté avec horreur que je m'étais trompé dans les dates de ma réservation internet et que le montant de ma réservation avait été débité. Je n'avais reçu aucun mail s'inquiétant de mon "no show". J'ai contacté l'hotel qui m'a indiqué qu'il pouvait m'accueillir en payant intégralement une nouvelle nuit, avec un tarif de 50€ plus cher car ma réservation intiale avait été faite sur Internet. J'étais prêt à payer une deuxième fois mais pas à un tarif supérieur au tarif initial. Refus de la personne que j'ai eue au téléphone. Comportement incompréhensible alors que nous étions en basse saison et qu'il y avait des chambres disponibles. J'ai trouvé un autre hotel dont le seul but n'est pas que de gagner de l'argent et qui a bien voulu accueillir un client en difficulté.

Wir waren mit Freunden dort und haben uns danach Gutscheine, 2mal 3 Nöchte, für dieses Hotel gekauft, die 3 Jahre ! gültig waren und 3x versucht einen Termin zu bekommen, vergeblich ! Immer Ausreden, im Dezember geht es nicht, im Jänner ging es auch nicht und dann wäre Umbau gewesen, was auch nur für einige Zimmer gestimmt hatte, 2 Jahre nur Ablehnung. Ich war sogar persönlich dort und habe gesagt, dass uns die Gutscheine noch ablaufen und wir einen Termin wollen. Da versicherte mir die junge Chefin, dass Gutscheine gar nicht ablaufen können und ich mir keine Sorgen machen soll. Man muss wissen, dass dies greenstorm Gutscheine waren, wo der Herr Chef einen Tesla für die Zimmergutscheine fahren durfte, selbst gesehen und seine Leistung dafür bekommen hatte ! Auch hat diese Firma vielen Hotels E-bikes zur Verfügung gestellt. Als wir endlich 2 Termine vorgeschlagen bekommen hatten mit der Mail, dass dies nicht stornierbar wäre, natürlich nur unsererseits, haben wir uns gefreut und sofort angenommen, beide Termine in der Arbeit als Urlaub eingetragen. Gleich darauf ist die Firma greenstorm in Insolvenz gegangen und so schnell konnten wir gar nicht schauen, hat uns der Herr Chef beide Termine, die ja nicht stornierbar waren, storniert und wir schauen jetzt durch die Finger, obwohl dieses Hotel jahrelang die greenstorm Leistungen in Anspruch genommen hat und uns nie einen Termin gegeben hat, kundenunfreundlicher geht es nicht mehr !!! Wir hatten auch von anderen Hotels solche Gutscheine, da hat es nie ein Problem gegeben. Wir waren dann noch einmal persönlich dort, aber dieser Chef ließ nicht mit sich reden, so etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Er hat uns gesagt, er wird uns nichts schenken, ? wir sollen uns an den Masseverwalter wenden, er hätte soviel Verlust gemacht . Zum Schämen das Ganze, 6 bezahlte Hotelübernachtungen mit Frühstück einfach nie geben wollen, danke Leipzigerhof !!!!

Hotel de tipo familiar, limpo, todo o pessoal muito simpático e prestável. Quartos simples mas confortáveis e o nosso com vista para o jardim. Pequeno almoço de qualidade. Embora situado um pouco longe da cidade velha, está junto a um jardim bonito e tem transportes fáceis na zona do hotel.

Ein ausgezeichnetes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und hell, das Hotel hat sehr viel Charme durch die holzvertäfelte Einrichtung. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig mit großer Auswahl. Sauna und Dachbalkon mit guter Aussicht über Innsbruck. Das Personal half bei Fragen kompetent weiter und war stets sehr freundlich. Einziger Optimierungsvorschlag beim Frühstück: Österreichische Eier aus Freilandhaltung anstatt aus Bodenhaltung anbieten

A 15 minutes à pied de la gare et à 5 minutes avec le tramway qui vous laisse à la porte de l’hôtel’ Cet établissement propose des studios et appartements agréables, Bien équipés et agencés, avec tout le matériel de cuisine, cet hôtel est apprécié pour la qualité de ses prestations avec un espace bien être équipé d’un sauna et d’un hamman ainsi que des banquettes relaxantes chauffantes. C est une bonne adresse à l’écart du centre ville mais facilement accessible grâce au tramway. A noter que l'hôtel vous remet une carte d'hôte grâce à laquelle vous avez le droit à la gratuité des transports sur toute l’agglomération d’Innsbruck. Une bonne adresse que je recommande.

I recently stayed at Leipziger Hof on February 4th, and my checkout on the 5th turned out to be a nightmare. The front office agent treated me with shocking rudeness, engaging in unprofessional dialogue that left me utterly dissatisfied. When I requested to speak with the supervisor to address this behavior, the supervisor not only failed to reprimand the agent but also dismissed my concerns. Despite the agent's continued inappropriate comments, there was a complete lack of action. Upon requesting the agent's name for a formal complaint, the supervisor callously stated that it's a "family hotel," insinuating that any complaint would be futile. This absurd response only added to the frustration of an already unpleasant experience. Leipziger Hof's handling of this situation was not only stupid but also entirely unprofessional. I strongly advise potential guests to think twice before choosing this establishment. My stay was marred by the incompetence of the staff and the disregard for basic customer service standards.

We are a family of four adults. We stayed for one week in two rooms. One double room and one suite. The hotel is a little far from city centre. The hotel gave us free bus passes for a week, which is nice. Although the hotel is old, however, the rooms are thoroughly modernized with wood floors,nice firm beds, and new bathrooms. Breakfast is free for all residents.The air conditioner in our suite stopped working by itself after about two hours. This caused disruption of our sleep at night since it is still warm at night.The receptionist promised to arrange to fix it, but he never.

I really don’t know where to begin on my review of this amazing hotel. We stayed for 5 nights in December, hoping to experience the Christmas Markets and some snow. The weather wasn’t kind to us but this didn’t ruin our trip. The hotel was a short walk from the Main Train Station and a welcome sight to end our journey. Check in was easy and quick. The hotel reception was beautiful. A Typical Tyrollean feel to it. Our room was wonderful. Just on the first floor, we took the handy lift with our luggage. It was a spacious beautifully decorated room, with air con and a lovely big window which we preferred to have open a little for fresh air - even though it was freezing outside! The bathroom was amazing- massive shower, very modern. All in all, everything we needed - including tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was included in our booking. To be honest it was one of the loveliest breakfasts we have had in Europe. A great selection of hot and cold food, hot drinks and an amazing fresh orange juice machine. We could have stayed in the breakfast room all day. The service was really quick, all the staff were really attentive and the food was delicious. All in all this hotel was amazing. Well managed, well maintained and it had a ‘family run’ feel about it, which is lost on most of the larger hotels around. We would not hesitate to stay here again. We were sorry to leave. Thank you Hotel Leipziger Hof. One member of staff stood out to us and made our stay really special. Vaji, was on duty for most of our stay in the breakfast room and made us feel really special. Her service was amazing, she was so attentive, polite and professional. Our favourite member of staff. She made our stay complete. So a special thanks to her.
