The location couldn't be better – right on the main square, with two shopping centres and plenty of eating options close at hand. Very nice hotel but somewhat overpriced.

因為是一家比較有歷史的老牌飯店，服務都不錯，門牌🔑實在太重了，帶身上不方便（畢竟也是他們的特色）。房間內沒有空調，雖然氣温不是很高，因斯布魯克比其他城市會涼快點，但是室內會有點悶。室內裝飾比較陳舊。早餐不敢恭維，衹有麪包奶酪火腿咖啡水煮雞蛋，作為一個老牌咖啡館，這種早餐比較失望！寄存行李也沒有行李牌，直接丟他們行李寄存室（不知道歐洲是不是都這樣），員工態度都很好，我們的一副耳機失而復得，很感謝！

房間就在火車站旁邊，很近。入住時，前台會給你一個登記表，讓你填詳細的國內住址，沒搞懂為什麼。 對於一個人來説，房間大小合適，房間裏有吹風機、小冰箱等，沒有拖着和燒水壺（國外基本上都沒有，😄），自己帶了燒水壺，問了前台，房間裏的水是可以直接飲用的，所以可以直接拿來燒水。 美中不足的是，我住兩晚，是可以給一張welcome card的，但是賓館説系統出問題了，一直到離開都沒辦好，嗚嗚。

忘記拍內部圖片，但是非常棒的一家酒店，在奧格斯堡也有一家，我們很喜歡他們，早餐是這趟旅程中最棒的一次，而且前台妹妹非常nice，穿着民族服飾會講中文，我們來了一個大大的擁抱，非常歡樂的聖誕夜。下次再來因斯布魯克，這家酒店一定是不二選擇。Happy new year

酒店位置很好，房間寬敞，床鋪也大，服務也很好，直飲水也很好喝。就是美國人太多，大廳餐飲吵得很。我們是通過攜程訂的房間，到店付款188歐，結果結賬的時候前台讓我們付款288，核對半天才發現平台錯誤，雖然糾正了，但就是因為耽誤了差不多15分鐘，致使我們錯過了一輛免費班車，同時也錯過了一輛直達慕尼黑的火車，導致我們轉了一次車才回到慕尼黑。不知這是酒店的錯誤還是攜程的錯誤，現在也查不清楚了。

Absolutely outstanding experience all round - the room we got had a beautiful view of the river Inn and the Nordkette, the breakfast was very varied and delicious, and there are two spa areas, one in the basement and one on the top floor.

出人意料的好。習慣了連鎖酒店千篇一律的淡金或灰色佈置也都簡單，剛一進這酒店看到處粉粉藍藍的還挺不適應，擔心討巧的設計讓服務品質下降。結果是出差這12天，最舒適的一個酒店。房間很乾凈，每日打掃，換毛巾。每天補充水和膠囊咖啡。沐浴露洗髮水潤膚露也都不賴，自然植物香氣。入住第2天臨時訂的，也幫助協調房間不用換，並贈送了城市卡，可以用來坐公交。位置離主火車站，老城商業街，北部inn河一帶，都不遠。十分方便。小花園坐會兒，點個吃的喝的，服務都十分周到。自己出行折騰了好久行程，這個折騰值了。也要誇誇攜程，這次才發現攜程海外業務那麼廣了，酒店、機票、火車，時效還挺高的。就是租車太貴了

一出車站已經是酒店。房間清潔，早餐質素正常，都是煙肉、炒蛋同埋麵包之類

Generally speaking, a decent w hotel, with very friendly staff that is willing to help. On the negative side, the hotel is literały located on the university campus- which results in a lot of noise especially in the evening. Next door to the hotel is a popular pub where students are parting every day into wee hours. Lots of laud conversations especially after the drinking. My room was facing the pub and even though I was on the 3rd floor , I couldn’t sleep without earplugs. Another thing to know is that a steakhouse is attached to the restaurant - nice place but rather expensive. 12 to 15 min walk to the train station. Numerous bars and pubs in the immediate area, typically crowded in the evening, and people drinking along the side walk that is narrow.
