Staybridge Suites 蘭辛，奧克莫斯(Staybridge Suites Lansing-Okemos)

After checking out, I checked my bank account and 20.00 was charged to my card. I paid cash when checking in. I went back in the hotel and asked the desk clerk what the charge was for? He stated that he didn't know. So he said he would refund the 20.00 placed on my card. He stated that it should be corrected in a few hours. I'm now going on day 2 and my money has yet to be returned. Other than that it was a fantastic experience. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again.

The pool didn’t have towels. When we woke up we found a cockroach in our room. The staff made it seem like it came from our things.

It is a pet friendly hotel, I have extreme allergies so it would gas been good to know that up front before booking. Also when we got there to check in they did not have the room we booked available they over booked and they said they would upgrade our room but it was actually a down grade from what we reserved. We decided to go elsewhere

This is a nice property with what we needed for a one night stay. We enjoyed the breakfast which had good variety. We stayed in a 2- bedroom, 2- bathroom suite. The kitchen/ living area is a bit small, but that didn't really matter that much.

I was charged more than what I booked through **********. They refuse to refund my overcharge and I’m disappointed to say the least. No more Stay Bridge for me…

Booking with ******* has a different price than what i was charged at the hotel. That was unfair. The breakfast was not good! Served on paper plates and plastic ware, bacon so burnt you couldn't pick it up without it falling a part. Eggs were warm.

Staff was super nice. Breakfast was good. rooms clean and in good condition. Exercise room was good and there was a pool. Super close to restaurants and shopping. Hallway carpets a little Worn but that was only complaint.

Didn’t really stay. When we arrived the woman in front of us was complaining about the room not being cleaned from the day before and they were out of towels. Our room smelled of **** and could see crumbs on the night stand. Upon inspection of the bed I found a tiny moving insect under the sheets on the mattress. So we left to the holiday inn express next door, I’m not fooling around with bed bugs. The person behind the counter was willing to refund us for our inconvenience but because we used ******* we had to go through customer service. ******* reached out to Staybridge who said they wouldn’t refund us due to the booking agreement and that was that. So, I would like to personally quote Logan Roy to both Staybridge & ******* for charging me due to conditions beyond my control. But I’ll still take the $150 loss to avoid bed bugs.
