「房間很乾淨，非常適合 6 人度假。這裡有 3 間私人臥室、設備齊全的廚房、餐桌和超休閒的公共生活空間。超爽的陽台海景－清晨可以看到海浪，下午的夕陽極其詩意。 🏊♀️上面的無邊泳池很漂亮，但是有一個規則，需要穿著泳衣才能下水 - 所以記得提前做好準備。 🚗 停車費另行收費，依車輛類型約 20-50k/晚。 🥤 房間裡沒有提供飲用水，所以如果需要大量喝水，記得自備。 整體而言，住宿舒適，物有所值，適合朋友團體或大家庭。像在家一樣居住，像度假村一樣放鬆！」

「飯店位置絕佳，早餐種類豐富，泳池乾淨，員工彬彬有禮，床很舒服，隔音效果也很好。我們睡得很好。房間每天都打掃。 缺點： 房間裡有股霉味。 飯店沒有摩托車停車位。飯店員工要求支付停車費，我們同意了。之後他又要求額外支付「安保費」。我們不明白為什麼在無法保證安全的情況下還要支付停車費，所以我們把車停在​​了別的地方。如果您打算租摩托車，最重要的是找到另一家有停車位的飯店。附近有很多這樣的飯店，但我並不推薦這家。」

「到達時必須聯繫房東才能進入。由於維護,第一天無法使用游泳池,房東不會通過代理補償,即使這是選擇該位置的原因。旅行非常有幫助地解決了這個問題,所以沒有對他們提出投訴。」

「位置：酒店主要離範老五街近些。 服務：連住三晚，所接觸到服務員都挺年輕，服務態度及意識都很強，熱情主動。 環境：露天泳池很不錯，可能天太熱的關係，沒啥看到游泳的，適合女生拍拍照。 美中不足：餐廳擺盤餐具都挺美麗，可惜早餐內容不太豐富。」

「這裡的房東非常友善。我預訂時，一位工作人員親自指導我完成預訂流程。如果我使用Zalo，他們甚至會專門安排一個團體房間來解決我可能遇到的任何問題。房間條件和價格都很合理，而且靠近市中心和旅遊景點。公寓樓下還有超市、便利商店和藥局，出遊非常方便。我打算再次入住這裡。」

「As a tired traveler most people rely on the vendors to provide what you with your booking. You don't want to have to check out every detail to make sure it's there, even check list the bar fridge, you shouldn't have to do, cause as you know - you may not get a full listing of the contents of your bar fridge. The property manager, was prompt to letting me into the room but, seemed anxious to leave. The room had 2 bedrooms - which I didn't need. After being let into my room, It was late afternoon, with very little natural sunlight. I though maybe the sun shines into the room in the morning. Well no, the room overlooked a c- shaped courtyard and had very little natural sunlight. It was a cave with lighting.There was obviously at that point no city views nothing like the ad or my trip booking ad. There were dirty handmarks above the lounge area, the shower cubicle glass looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. I contacted the property manager, who stated he was just the property manager and allocated the rooms as sent but, refused to recognise the mis-allocations even after showing pictures of the trip booking - which was obvious 1 bedroom, with city views. This place had 2 bedrooms with courtyard views. The bathroom window was small and in the shower cubicle - which opened to an outside area, but adjacent to a walkway and another window. The other window - other residences were using it to smoke and blow out the outside so as to not set off their smoke alarm. Unfortunately I could smell the smoke due to the proximity of the 2 windows. After voicing the incorrect room allocation( after a night) to the property manager ,and emailing/communicating via the trip app, he responded with a lack of accountability and blame with the customer, despite being asked for the correct room allocation. It was then raised with Trip.com - whom stated that refunds were unavailable and at the discretion of the leasing property. Evidently he was not willing to correct the misallocation. Trip was only able to offer a marginal compensation - which was appreciated. If the option available to the property states ” no refund available after booking” - don't take it.」

「🏡 胡志明市超值住宿推薦！ 房間乾淨整潔，陽台風景超棒，還有城市夜景可以看，通風很好。位置在市中心，樓下就是美食街，各種越南餐、咖啡、奶茶應有盡有！ 我們一家飛了一整天，剛到就去樓下SPA店洗頭按摩，特別放鬆。附近還有很大的公園，孩子超喜歡，有遊樂場可以玩。 房東和工作人員特別熱情，入住退房都非常順利，服務態度滿分💯。這次的住宿體驗遠超預期，性價比太高了！下次來HCMC還會再訂這裏！ 👍 推薦指數：🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟」

「安全便捷的都市落腳點。門禁卡、貼心的安保人員和清晰的入住指南——全程無壓力。即使深夜返回，我們也感到很安心。公寓雖小巧卻設施齊全，配備良好的無線網絡和空調。地理位置優越，前往第四區的餐廳和第一區的景點都很方便。不過，這間公寓沒有河景全景。」
