I recently stayed in Room 312 at your hotel, and I regret to inform you that my experience was far below expectations. I would like to provide detailed feedback regarding the issues I encountered during my stay The toilet was not functioning properly, with continuous water flow. This created a significant inconvenience throughout my stay. There was no minibar or refrigerator in the room, which was quite unexpected for a hotel of your standard. I called in-room dining to place an order, but was asked to call back later. Unfortunately, I never received a follow-up call, and my order was not taken. I reported these concerns to the receptionist, who informed me that the manager would get in touch with me. However, I did not receive any further communication from the management team. Later in the night, there was a power cut in my room. There was no immediate power backup, forcing me to come down to the lobby to report the issue. I had a very uncomfortable and unsatisfactory stay. The service and overall experience did not meet the standards I expected, and I would not recommend the hotel based on this experience.

很棒的體驗,在餐廳吃了晚餐,被舒巴姆服務,他非常親切,給了很棒的建議,品嚐了當地最好的印度菜,如果來這裏請問他!地方很舒服,很乾淨。房間不錯

The place is so beautiful and aesthetic. Loved the interiors, loved the rooms. We had a beautiful divan near the window where we could sit and enjoy the cool air. The staff is amazing and they ensured that we had a comfortable stay. All of them were very kind and cooperative. We're definitely staying here the next time we come to indore and recommending it to our friends as well.

這是個驚喜！經歷了孟買和拉傑果德的混亂、擁堵和垃圾遍地之後，印多爾這個城市讓人感覺好很多，達到了中國小縣城的乾淨程度，不容易。但城市比我們縣城大的多，類似我們地級市。而這家酒店更是乾淨整潔，餐廳食品品種不少，服務一流，設施齊全，後院還有開放式餐飲、小樂隊和泳池。每天人滿為患，幾乎是當地中高產自己家一樣。特別是裏面有四個餐廳，還有一家印度式中餐廳，裝修和音樂很中國！！房間設計和布置很不錯，用品都挺用心。而德裏航空城的宜必思，都是中檔次的酒店，餐廳完全不符合中國人口味，並且最大的葷菜是煮雞蛋！！！！ 此外，這家退房后竟然還可以免費送到機場！ 缺點有兩個：一是風機噪音稍大，二是廁所隔牆是玻璃，儘管有捲簾，也覺得隱私感很差。

和以前一樣,我住在這裏,我喜歡這樣,每次我去印度都喜歡住在同一家酒店

Отель с не очень новым ,номерным фондом , во время проживания огорчила концепция отеля ресторана , вегетарианской еды,, что не всем подходит ! Территория очень красивая, бассейн замечательный, персонал отзывчивый!
