The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the morning. The property and amenities were excellent. Overall great experience

The property is vast and beautiful. It is well maintained. We booked a family suite and the rooms were big and clean. The view from the room was awesome. One side the mountains and the other side the water park. The checkin was smooth , adarsh and Rohit were very helpful and always checked on if the stay was comfortable. At the jazzuci Mr Ankit and team were very cooperative and helpful At the shack the bar I would like to specially thank Mr Amit Jha who helped us in a medical emergency. My son was vomiting and having diarrhoea too. As the chemist was a 6 to 7km away, Amit helped us by sending Radhe to get the medicine. Even the next day Amit was there to assist in our breakfast. The breakfast and food is tasty. Overall a great and wonderful experience with a very good staff.

Great ambience, beautiful atmosphere, Staff is very supporting. Special thanks to restaurant Manager Mr. Amit Jha, for providing us best food/services. You can customise food and drinks as per your requirement. Just ask for it, you will get it.

It was very nice experience with crescent resort ...Rooms and services are fabulous...food is little problematic in taste and quantity..spa,pool and other activities facilities are excellent.. Need to look after customer pick up and drop facilities from the Indore City..It should needed as ressort is located at very remote place..if someone is not with their own vehicle then it is difficult to travel ..Peoples asking anything costs to drop only for 15 km... management should think on this...peoples are adviced to go crescent if you are with your own vehicle otherwise you would be in trouble for travelling as no/difficult to find any kind of public services/private services
