Genuinely warm hospitality complemented by very friendly staff. Dining experience was a great experience thanks to F&B manager Amit Jha and his team. Rooms and bathrooms do need improvement with focus on cleanliness. Overall a pleasant experience.

It's been amazing stay The club room was fantastic with the balcony view of the garden and the pool|2. The staff around swimming pool is very cooperative, they gave us goggles aswell and arranged jazzuzi as per our need.its a good place everyone can with family friends and with there loved ones.

Crescent Resort is Excellent hub of Enjoy, Water park, Spa, Club, drinking hub, meeting hall, garden , rooms and many more, and Food Is very good, Bell boy service is also very good and Mr. DURGESH PATEL Bell boy very good Nature and loyal person.

Stayed at the resort for a wedding. The resort looks great. The location is nice and quiet on the outskirts of Indore. The breakfast has live cooking stations for south indian and eggs. The pools, jacuzzi and steam room are great, and so is the billiards table. Employees are friendly and welcoming, especially Amit, the manager at the pool bar. There is some room for improvement though. The building called The Mansion has terrible WiFi, and normal network barely works in this area as well. It also is not wheelchair accessible and doesn't have a lift, though they are happy to carry your luggage for you. The bedroom balcony doors can only be closed with a slide on the top, which is not accessible for smaller Indian people like my wife. The beds are a bit too hard to my liking, which means I wake up with dead limbs. At breakfast there is a coffee machine that looks like it hasn't been cleaned on the outside in some time, so I'm very worried about the inside. The menu at the pool bar called Shack promises a lot of menu items, but it's a lottery to find out what is not available. All in all these are minor issues, so I would say don't worry about staying here.

Hotel Crescent was a fantastic venue for my wedding in February this year. The resort itself had a beautiful ambiance, providing the perfect backdrop for our special day. The food was delicious, with a great variety of flavors that our guests truly enjoyed. The staff was extremely helpful, ensuring everything went smoothly and making our experience stress-free. Their attention to detail and hospitality made the event even more memorable.
