L'hotel come molti hotel dell'India ha una clientela quasi esclusivamente indiana e questo fa si che molti servizi non sono adeguati agli standard europei. Le stanze datate, alcune rumorose e sprovviste di cassetta di sicurezza. Ma la nota dolente è il buffet assolutamente scarso e privo di tutto il reparto dolci e formaggi e affettati. Ritengo sia scarso anche per gli indiani stessi. Il Wifi ha scarsa velocità ed in alcuni locali è assente. Hotel decisamente inferiore alle aspettative e con un costo alto.

En Executive Room très grande chambre avec lit king-size et tout confort. Personnel très agréable et réactif à nos demandes. Par contre prendre une chambre à l’opposé de l’entrée pour éviter le bruit permanent de la rue. Restaurant sur place proposant un buffet ou à la carte de bonne qualité. Attention cependant aux différentes taxes rajoutées à votre addition: on vous annonce un menu à 750 roupies par personne et la note finale est à près de 1000 roupies!!!

One of the best experience of my life as being a parent of special child was feeling more comfortable than home as saw employees with disability included n the way Devraj Ji Yogesh n Kalu n others are treated my child as if he was a regular visitor loved it

The best hotel in town with a wonderful ambiance and a highly cooperative, supportive staff. The food was exceptional, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a stay in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, for a smooth and hassle-free experience. A special thanks to Chef Aanchal Maheswari for offering the best food options, and my appreciation to Kamal for the excellent room service.

We organized a birthday celebration at Tangerine hall and the ambience was beautiful. The tables were well organized and service was awesome the staff was so very friendly. There were floating snacks and drinks and buffet and the food and drinks were served hot with proper hygiene. The event was managed very well and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the party.

The best part about this hotel is that we all were treated nicely by the staffs of this property. The morning started with the gleeful smiles of the staffs at the restaurant. They assisted us during our work in the hotel as well for which we made the whole trip to Indore. Moreover it is a clean and safe space to stay if you are here in the city.
