The Hotel calls itself a 3 Star but the service is very poor. They don't do your room, they don't replace the water or the room tea/coffee. They try to pressure you to pay in advance. Genuinely there are better other options, I would suggest travelers to choose that. My room had several issues, like the AC was not working, I kept being told its being worked on and before I could as something the receptionist would hang up. The AC technician finally came (he was good) but then when he reported that the AC was not working, no one wanted to solve the problem. They don't replace water bottles either unless you ask. The towels provided are dirty. The toiletries provided seem like they have been used and refilled from the look of the bottles and the labels. Very disappointing.

Excellent hospitality. Staying here every month for last 4 years.The entire team at reception be it Mr Tarun Mr Jacob and/or Mr Raj Kumar always helpful. The ambience, food and the room service at its best. Special thanks to Mr Chandrakant and Mr Keshav for the restaurant services. Keep it up team....

Good hotel excellent staff behaviour I stayed here 3 month no any issue good room and good brake fast

Stay was great friendly staff members they are available 24/7 for our services. The only thing to improve is the quality of the break fast food didn’t have that authentic taste

The room size was small, the breakfast was ok. However, the room and the Bathroom were both very, very clean. The staff was co-operative. They allowed us to wait at the reception after our check-out for nearly 8 hours. Thank you for such a nice gesture.

Everything was good except hard matters, staff was promote in response, food was good, location was good on main road, booking also okay, there was not a single issue except matters
