1. In my series of reviews on smaller IHCL properties thanks to my frequent Tier-II / III town travels, I checked in to the Indore property on 28 Feb 24. 2. After a slightly underwhelming reception and an ordinary welcome drink, found everything in this property to be TAJ in capitals. 3. Great speaking to another very genial GM , Mr Mhatre and sharing our collective learnings. Just confirms my belief about small town but big heart properties. 4. Everything about the property was class and Everyone at the property humble. This is the truest reflection of the vision of the forefathers of this iconic name. As they say, CLASS with HUMILITY. 5. I have a special mention for the entire laundry / housekeeping team for doing what they are doing with u**ost sincerity. 6. Chef Pawan and Steve besides happy employees like Rumchum make a big difference. Bravo Guys and Go Well Deeply appreciative of your warmth and hospitality. Rahul Tyagi

Abhilash was present in gym, amazing instructor, had a wonderful session with him. Had one day visit in wow hotel in indore, food and ambience were also upto the mark , it's a gem in indore city which is cleanest city in india. Woll definitely visit again

Nearby Ujjain Temple, the hotel is centrally located. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful out whom Abhilash is extremely helpful and courteous. I recommend it to everyone coming down to Indore. Easily accessible from all the main attractions of the city

First of all I want say our event arrangement and decoration was excellent and ambiance was out standing. Thanks to mr sardar for a excellent service . I like his behaviour and service .he is very responsible and co operative person .food was amazing. First time we came for my anniversary and that was great and everything was out standing. The wow hotel was excellent amazing place amazing ambiance amazing interior decoration and food was excellent . Thanks to mr ***aram sardar and his team , Dipika, davesh, Khushi was excellent.everyone was very impressive and cooperative. Thanks to wow hotel for everything.

Luxe experience. With Dheeraj services were superb and chef’ kiss to Nihari and chicken biryani was just superb ! Strongly recommend you all to experience live - in luxe stay !! Aura was just soothing and serene , terrace has an infinity pool !
