Petit déjeuner long à servir en début du saison des pluies. Toutefois, Très bon serveur Aman Jati qui a pu nous assister en nous servons des snacks a emporter au petit matin. Coupure de courant et vent torrentiel Inondations à l’entrée de l’hôtel et aussi dans les chambres.

My University wanted to host a dinner for delegates of an International Conference. I identified Ginger Hotel at Sector 63 Noida. The banquet hall was of a reasonable size. The layout was very decent, apt for the occasion. The services were very nice. Chef DK ensured that the taste buds were fully satisfied for both categories namely snacks and main course. Mr. Rajeev Thakur coordinated very professional to make the event, evening and gathering a memorable one. sd/- Senior Admin. Manager of one of the leading private Universities of NCR.

Very good Room service has given by Mr Raju…hospitality was good..food was delicious..it was very homely and it feels like our mother was in the kitchen…i would really like to visit this hotel again whenever i will be in Noida for sure!!

Ginger Hotels, a budget brand under IHCL (the company that owns Taj Hotels), has gradually tried to improve its services, offering slightly better rooms and dining options. However, the pricing has also increased, with tariffs now closer to those of a 3-star hotel, depending on the location. We booked our stay online through a travel portal, which included a 20% discount on food and beverages. When our meal was delivered to the room, I noticed that the discount hadn't been applied and mentioned it in writing. However, during checkout, the front office staff didn’t consider it. Despite showing them the communication about the offer, the staff member claimed ignorance and said she couldn’t apply the discount. This experience was extremely disappointing, one of the worst I’ve had at any Ginger or IHCL property.
