Good value for the price paid

Hotelzimmer war ok & akzeptabel; Personal war leider sehr langsam beim Check-In

This property was not clean what so ever. Our room was not clean. There was hair and dirt in the tub. The shower curtain had multiple stains all over it. Our bed had a big blood stain. So I took pictures of everything and showed the staff and we asked if we could move rooms and they let us move rooms and our second room also had a big blood stain on the mattress. The TV was broken and the shower was still filthy. We did not enjoy our stay whatsoever.

I had a nice stay. The cleaners can do a bit better but overall it was nice. The staff was very friendly and smiled.

The staff here are the best! You walk into a warm friendly smile and leave with with feeling well ta taken care of

What an extremely affordable place to stay! The rooms were recently updated. There were a few items still in process but the rooms were clean and beds comfy. The staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast starts nice and early even on the weekends. We also loved the fact that the room had a microwave and fridge with an actual freezer compar**ent. We have another trip to Indy next month and will definitely come back.

I’ve never rated a hotel experience before, but my stay here was horrible! The 1st room I had was DIRTY with stains everywhere!! Even on the bed skirt!! Was changed to another room and it was slightly better but that’s it!! The elevator had exposed wires, everyone slouches at the front desk because they’re ALWAYS on their personal phones!! The complimentary breakfast is basically non existent!! The only good thing I can say is Cracker Barrel was next door!! Water pressure low in shower but extremely high on faucet!! Just DONT GO!!
