印第安納波利斯西北希爾頓惠庭套房飯店(Home2 Suites by Hilton Indianapolis Northwest)

This hotel was absolutely disgusting and the front desk staff were useless. My husband and I have stayed in many Home2Suites across the country and were always satisfied with the cleanliness and friendliness. Talk about a bad apple. We were given our first room and the sheets looked dirty so I went down to the front desk to get a new set and waited 30 minutes for new sheets. The staff would have to bring up the fitted sheet. As I took the old sheets off of the bed along with the fitted sheet, a GIANT urine stain was in the middle of the mattress pad. Clearly they don't change the fitted sheet or mattress pad. Immediately asked for a new room, which they finally put us in. I looked at the sheets on that bed and all looked fine until I pulled the mattress pad back to reveal a GIANT blood stain on the mattress. Gross. We left and asked for a refund. Getting a refund from ********** takes FOREVER. I will always book direct from now on. Stay away from this place. So gross.

They did not have the room we ordered. The area around the hotels is suspect. There is a Mexican Restaurant next door that turns into a loud night club at night. The music could be heard late at night. The front desk did let a nice homeless man hang out in the lobby late at night too.

Seamless check-in. Room was very clean and comfortable. Nice location for several restaurants.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel and the room was really clean and spacious.

The hotel was adequate but I wouldn’t choose to stay again. Nothing about it brings me back. The bed was not comfortable. There were 3 pillows for two people that weren’t very comfortable. The bed coverings weren’t large enough for two people to stay covered during the night. And there were no extra blankets, pillows, etc in the room for our use. We had 2 towels for the 2 of us for 2 days. Just very stingy with their linens.

Friendly FRIENDLY staff. Perfect location for shopping and we did it for fun

We only stayed one night . The room was amazing! Very spacious. Handicapped friendly. Clean, comfortable beds. Price was reasonable. We would strongly consider staying jere again, just because we have our 2 teens with us, & the space was wonderful .

It was a delightful stay and i would absoluety stay again. Very quiet and peaceful night. Didnt have as much when it came to breakfast options but overall satisfactory
