Staff is phenomal! Thankfully they were friendly & helpful because our reservation was lost in a system changeover. Then TV in first room didn't work, so they were accommodating and moved us to another room. Finally, when system locked us out of our roon the next day, staff quickly helped resolve the issue. Renovations are currently taking place.

Toothpaste stains all over the sink, mirror, wall. Biggest issue was construction in the room next to mine starting at 7am!!!!! The hotel was very empty. No reason to book my room next door. Was offered a free night at any comfort inn and never received it Water pressure was great

I enjoyed a state at the Country Inn & Suites for an intown staycation. My service was excellent, the room was very comfortable and clean. The free hot breakfast made it easy to get my day started. I will definitely consider this hotel again.

Dirty rooms with hair from previous guests all around the floor, cockroaches in the bathroom that I had to fight. Staff was nice though and tried to be helpful. The place is old, I got it, I don't understand why it should be dirty as well. The general area looks nice and they have very good breakfast.

The elevator wasn't working, not their fault. We had to come back later to check in, we needed a first floor room since we had a cooler and bowling balls. We were staying 4 nights. Our room keys quit working 3 days in a row. There wasn't enough hangers for towels to dry. Everything stayed wet. We had to ask for more soap and shampoo, they had no bars of soap. They did not bring hand towels when we got more towels, had to ask. The hallway smelled of butt and Indian food. It was disgusting. Front desk employees were accommodating, but not professional. They did make our beds when they brought towels. The texting feature between me and the staff was nice.

They canceled my room, then while asking for help through my third party an older lady at the front desk yelled at me that she’s busy and I needed to move as she pointed to the lobby of people who walked in a half hour after myself. Don’t stay here. They won’t help you at all if something goes wrong. Even if it’s their fault

Elevator did not work! I asked for a room on 1st floor there wasn't any available. The room itself is just overpriced definitely not worth the money.. small, dusty, bed was hard and I enjoy stern beds but this was just uncomfortable. Only plus is a refrigerator and microwave other than that it was like a motel 6.

I tried to cancel this with ******* app chat and never continued with me after I asked to cancel or change locations. I have used ******* each time I traveled. I had to book another hotel and PAY for both.

Pool was non op, as well as elevator which isnt a big deal but during check in and out on 2nd floor. The last morning when leaving multiple cars were broke into, windows shattered. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.
