Nice hotel but over priced was told valet was $50 i was charged $58 i got charged $30 extra for early check in fee 2 hrs early, its a lot of homeless people randomly asking for money as soon as u walk outside the hotel for the amount of money not to many amenities also over price breakfast was not to good i payed $61 for 2 people some of the staff were very cocky I basically paid for safety and the view of downtown

We had an overnight getaway as a family of three and inwas a light nervous how our 5 yo would be received when seen around the beautiful hotel. I don’t know honestly if I’ve ever had such a warm experience at any other hotel! We all three talked about how we can’t wait to go back again!

Just an amazing stay altogether. From how quick and amazing valet way. To the gentleman to helped bring our luggage up to our room. Hotel staff went above and beyond. Great pool and hot tub was super relaxing. Wish we could have stayed longer and tried out the spa and other amenities. Hands down will be staying at Conrad again and again when visiting Indy.

Very nice, over booked or someone messed something up, our second room for 4 woman had a King bed. Reserved a double room, but somehow that got changed. Staff made it better, with a discount but the issue still was problem. Pay premium price and expect a bed for each person, not a couch.

4 stars. I enjoyed the solitude and wanted to enjoy the luxurious soak tubs. My tub wasn’t keeping water in the bath so I had to alert front desk, who promptly sent someone up to fix. They were discreet and fixed the issue! I didn’t like the inconvenience but Isaac was amazing at handling the issue and being supportive of the inconvenience.

This was not just a nice hotel visit, it was an EXPERIENCE. We met Rene Rodriguez-Vega & he made us feel like we were the two most important people EVER. His warmth was sincere. Turns out we have family in Sonoma Valley, California and knew about the Hilton burning there in 2017 where he was working at the time. He exuded enthusiasm to be working in Indianapolis. What a man! And so classy. Rene was interested in us and made our arrival special. Later, I looked at the art and snooped around on the second floor. The custodians there, and an executive, were PROUD of the artwork, the HOTEL and it gave me a feeling they love working there. They wanted me to soak in the beauty of the vast collection of art and feel free to look anywhere. We felt welcomed and nurtured. Started planning a return visit while we were still there. Great stay, central and nice hotel. My key cards needed to be reset each time I went to my room so maybe a check on the lock system would make it a smoother experience 😉

This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in and I am over 60! The room was stunning! We decided to go for a quick dip in the pool and realized it was centered around a spa experience. I wish we had more time for the sauna and steam room! This was all included in our stay!

Nice hotel but older. Decor needs to be updated. Tub had broken facet. Shower walls had built up grim. Carpet needed shampoo, had visible stains. Bedding had hair.
