Homewood Suites by Hilton Indianapolis-Downtown

The pool was a bit cold but everything else was perfect! Was in Indy for a quick overnight trip and the staff was so amazing! The valet staff was amazing!

Very nice very clean the room was perfect! Wish I could have stayed for another night. Hotel had free breakfast and it was delicious

Great hotel, very clean, modern, and well maintained. Friendly staff. My only issue was being awakened at 2am by people arguing in the alleyway outside my room window (this hotel is surrounded by bars and nightclubs).

Overall a very nice hotel. Very clean room and nice staff. Only complaints were the noise level outside our room (yelling and screaming outside from 2am on), maid knocking on the door every thirty minutes after 9am to see if we had left (check out wasn’t until 11am) and the room being very cold despite turning up the temperature several times.

Common areas of hotel not so good, but the room was really great. Very good location if going to Lucas Oil. Would stay again.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Homewood Suites. The room was clean and spacious. The continental breakfast was great. We felt safe with security checking room cards during the later hours. If we had to come up with one downside is there is only one elevator. But the stairs always an option!! We would love to return!

The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Loads of room and well updated. Close to all the Indy nightlife. Breakfast was excellent.

After getting to our room we found our toilet did not flush. There was no water pressure and no hot water for 2 hours. We were put in a suite with the thermostat not working and bathroom door was off the hinges. Had to switch rooms. Almost late for our dinner reservations due to this. Non friendly staff at the front desk that seemed inconvenienced with questions or requests. Beds were not comfortable. The room was otherwise clean. Hate to leave a review like this but the above was factual. Inconvenienced was an understatement.
