印第安納波利斯希爾頓花園飯店的評論

因為疫情等因素，出差旅遊人數很少，所以大堂配置的人很少。沒有行李服務員，也沒有旅遊諮詢處。我到達是週日，預計週一參觀博物館等，詢問前台，他們説有開，結果都沒有開，開放參觀時間都是週四到週日。週一到週三關門。前台隨意告知錯誤的訊息，這在以前美國的酒店是很少見的

設施整齊清潔，環境衞生好。

酒店位置好

Out of the three elevators only one was working the entire time. If the other two we’re inoperable then post a sign or state it to the guest. A group of almost 20 people waited over 5mins for the one elevator to come back to the lobby and five more loaded up and it was another 5min wait for it to come back down. Then the TV in the room wasn’t working in the morning but thankfully we were checking out. Light bulbs went out and the room was musty we were there for one night and not the best night and not in the mood to hear excuses of why the upkeep wasn’t to par.

DO NOT STAY HERE- ESPECIALLY ON A WEEKEND! LOUD Street noise until 3:00 a.m. For some reason cops let it all go- motorcycles racing and loud music- and the hotel assigned us a room right above the street. When we complained the next morning they didn't care. After no response to emails and calls, I finally went to the Hilton customer service department and they were no more help than the hotel. Parking also a total rip off. Don't waste your money here!!!

We stayed here for 2 nights. Nowhere was it mentioned that for parking we either had to do valet ($37/day) or self park at the parking garage on the next block for $20/day. The room we reserved was supposed to have a king size bed, but only had a queen. When I brought this up to someone at the front desk, all she had to say was that the bed we have is the biggest bed they have. Then why do the listings say king? The noise level from the street was crazy, if you’re a light sleeper - stay somewhere else. Also, we had the AC set to 65, it never got anywhere near that, so we had to buy a fan. Bathroom is tiny. I wouldn’t ever stay here unless I had no other option…….and there’s plenty of other options for next time.

We were scammed!!! One guy charges us $50 extra for checking out until 3 in the afternoon because we wanted to leave later and it turns out that he scammed us. I don't report it to the hotel and I charge us in cash $50 and I assumed that breakfast was included and it turns out that they didn't give us breakfast and I paid an extra fee when I made the reservation. I'm a little disappointed I thought that my stay at Hilton would be pleasant and accessible according to what had already been my Christmas plan and it turned out the opposite turned out to have to make plans about plans, personally I won't stay at Hilton Garden Indianapolis again

The morning/day shift employees were a pleasure to deal with. Any question or need was handled swiftly and with a smile. The night shift however...not the case. When we arrived in the evening (late check-in) we got to our room and it was 85 degrees and only blowing warm air. We called down to the front desk and they said it would be fixed. 30 minutes later we called back...and maintenance was now gone for the day. I said it was unacceptable and asked if they could provide fans since no other rooms were available. They hung up on me. Not what I expect from Hilton...total disgrace.

Had to call about tv not working twice had move to another room in middle of nite after tub wouldn’t fill up stopper was broken

Hotel/ room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. In town for daughter’s volleyball tournament, so we pretty much just needed a place to bath and sleep, but everything was great. No issues.

Property was nice. On-site breakfast too expensive for quality. Front desk staff seemed confused on the check in process and digital key didn't work.

Beautiful historic building downtown with friendly staff & clean facilities. Restaurant lounge downstairs with very limited hours, do not plan on nightcap (bar was closed when we left for evening at 5p and also did last call at 10p) or late brunch (closes after breakfast service ended at 11a). Very large room but strange layout had bathroom door opening into the the side of the mattress, just tight & awkward. King bed was comfortable but only 2 king sized pillows & 2 small throw pillow sized all of which were to small or flat to provide any support. Room was quiet with little to no noise from outside or nearby rooms/ hallway.

Everything was great up until we found out the thermostats didnt work and were freezing throughout the night
