金沙溫泉飯店(Sands Hotel and Spa)

I love this hotel!! Great service and super quiet and comfortable! The Pink Cabana is one of my favorite restaurants in the desert! And the hotel is in a great location!

My husband and I escaped for a quick 24 hour getaway sans children and The Sands hotel did not disappoint. Moments upon arrival we were greeted by such lovely staff. Louis, the manager was a delight. The food and drink options were amazing. Service was 10/10. I can’t wait to stay there again! I will definitely be recommending this gem of a spot!

There is a water maintaining project going on the roof above our room, and the noise starts in the early morning ~6am. We were waken up in the early morning without any warning in advance. It also caused no water to use in the morning for some time. The hotel should not sell or arrange the room, or should somehow provide a compensation. This is definitely not meeting the standard for the price we paid.

The adults only policy is not properly noted on Orbitz when making a reservation - was completely unacceptable to only learn of this when checking in - looking back, the only mention was hidden way down in the fine print of the reservation that no one would ever see or review. There was also an 18 yr old age requirement for the minimum age to check in, but no mention of the minimum age to stay there. Made the check in process very uncomfortable for my wife and daughter - having this policy for a hotel should be prominently noted to avoid this happening again - totally unacceptable

Fantastiskt mysigt hotell med verkligt bra poolområde. Vacker miljö med fina detaljer. Lite små fel drar ner ett möjligt top betyg. I vårt rum kärvade dörrarna till minibaren och side boarden. Skohorn fattas och lite annat små fel som är onödiga.

The hotel is nice rooms are extremely small no desk for any type of lap top use. Limited times for eating staff should inform you that restaurant closes early for breakfast and lunch

I think the owners should know what is really going on at this facility because the way it goes no wonder your restaurant is empty every time I go . The 2 stars are because is a beautiful design facility , if you are like instagram show off or a blogger is a perfect location for pictures if you don't care about the service then thats ok . But I am always looking for the best service , I stopped going to this hotel because last time i was there there were rats around the pool as soon as it gets. a little bit dark i mention it but they don't care ... THE KIMPTON in PS is way better hotel i better spend my money there . the only reason i gave a try to this facility is because I found an email from a very nice gentleman apologize for my past experience , little did i know he is gone i think i read the email a little bit too late and didnt wrote because i wasn't looking for a free hotel I wanted the service . SO we arrive no one ever mention the restaurant Hrs. the restaurant is empty maybe some ppl in the bar but literally empty so we are guest at the hostel and they say they have the restaurant booked all night .. and we cannot sit AND the bar tender did NOT mention they have a limited menu and that’s why we could not sit inside the tables in the restaurant. They also said all the tables were fully booked for their 5:30PM shift. It was 3:45PM when we got there. And came 5:30PM not all tables were fully booked as the bar tender stated. Communication really sucks here.

Charming, small boutique hotel. Many nice features. Also some not so nice. Overall a good stay and a place I'll come back to.
