There is something for everyone in this large and modern pool home. Open concept living with multiple spaces to relax make this property an ideal beach getaway for a larger group. Four spacious bedrooms, a large updated kitchen, two dining rooms, and three living rooms to pick from, one of which has a pull-out queen couch and can double as a fifth bedroom. Arrive to the beach in just two short minutes by car, or spend all day relaxing in the back yard in the pool or on the deck in the sun. Lovely House, Awesome Host!! :D
Check in was super easy, the hole house was clean, kitchen was clean and had everything, very comfortable and pretty. The communication with the host couldn't be better, she was awesome. We would love to come back!

Our son was getting married and we needed a large home near the venue for all our family! This home was perfect, we had 8 adults and it was plenty of room. The owner was super responsive, neighborhood was very nice and everyone loved the pool!

Beautiful home close to beach
Plenty of room for group. Games and tous available for kids. Beautiful pool and short walk to beach. Bedding was comfortable.

Great Location
Family of 11 stayed for a week to attend son’s beach wedding. We had multiple other family members staying nearby. Our house became the central meeting spot because of the large dining and kitchen area and the pool was a hit. Plenty of space to spread out. We we close to the beach and plenty of shopping and restaurants. There were beach chairs and pool toys that came in handy. The neighborhood was very friendly. Enjoyed our stay.

nice home close to KSC and beaches
We had a nice holiday here. We visited the space center and Orlando and had a nice day at the beach. The house was perfect. Spacious for 9 people, well equipped and clean. We enjoyed the pool every day!

Family time
Perfect for our stay with adult kids and their partners. Everyone had plenty of space to have a bit of privacy but also gather for family meals and time to hang out. The primary bathroom is original and needs a good scrub-down but the overall space is great: well equipped and well maintained. Also the host was very responsive to our questions!

Beach house vacation
Great location, plenty of rooms for everyone. Great communication with host, unfortunately felt it could’ve been a bit cleaner. Found used q tips in the bathroom, and floors seem to not have been cleaned. Other than that, great place to stay.
