New heater/air conditioner in 2022 for year round comfort. Large recreation room with kitchen and fantastic views, overlooking the heated pool, hot tub, tennis court, gym with equipment, and of course direct beach access. Watch the pelicans and spinner dolphins, walk for miles north and south, see cruise ships sailing on the horizon, watch launches from Cape Canaveral, and enjoy the uncrowded and beautiful beach as much you like.
