This was such a lovely place to stay. I would go back at the drop of a hat. It was super clean and super cute. The beach was beautiful with amazing views. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We stayed in a queen suite which gave us lots of space and places to relax.

My husband and I just wanted a quiet beachfront place to stay. Not a huge hotel or condo. We'll, this was it. Not one thing we didn't love. Yes, it's old. But the owners have done a great job with updates. The room we had was just perfect for a weekend trip. We will be back!

Well what a cute place, Debbie welcomed us with open arms to her beautiful motel. Great kitchen with all the appliances and crockery you need, the room no 10 was so clean with a great lounge and bedroom right on the beach. There is a great laundry and Debbie is always on hand to help up to 5 pm, wanted to stay longer but this super place was booked up, don’t miss this one, it’s a little gem

Awesome motel. Awesome customer service and staff. Very close to everything. We try to stay here every time we visit from Virginia. Very peaceful, friendly and relaxing. A true hidden gem of old style Florida. You will need an automobile to get around though.

There is one parking space per room and the parking spaces are good sized. The office was small but Debbie in the front office was very friendly and helpful. She showed us to our room and she was available to us throughout our stay. We rented a two person motel room. The room was clean and we felt safe where we were at. The internet worked off and on. We think they may have been working on the problem while we were there. If you love very very very soft beds you will love room 12. It was too soft for us. The motel is right on the beach and it is very close to Publix and several great restaurant choices. I did not inquire about a pool when making the reservation so if you are looking for a pool this location does not have one. The location was quiet and the room and grounds were clean. We would stay here again but we would like to try other locations in the area as well.

We try to stay here when we visit Florida from Virginia, awesome location. Awesome staff. Awesome room. Very clean rooms. Very close to everything. Right on the Atlantic Ocean. Staff is very accommodating. A hidden gem in the rough. Awesome location. Very close to shopping, restaurants, etc.

Awesome location. Awesome customer service. Amazing location right on Atlantic Ocean. Very close to everything. One of our favorite places in Florida. We try to stay here every time we go to Florida for a visit. Don’t have enough positive comments, because we really like this place.

Pros: We were greeted by Debbie upon arrival who was vey friendly and escorted us to our room and explained how everything worked. Beach towels were provided if needed. The room was small but had a kitchenette, table, and sofa as well as utensils, plates, etc. and had a great ocean view. We had no problem hooking up to the internet which worked with no problem. The shower had great pressure and almost instant hot water. The room is in a great location and is close to shopping. It is within a short drive to many of the local tourist sights. Cons: The bed was definitely past its prime. When we went to lie down in the bed for the night, we sank towards the middle of the bed into a chasm so deep you had to struggle to get out of the bed. Additionally, the one A/C in the kitchen area which was intended to cool both the front room and the bedroom had a hard time doing so and eventually stopped cooling in the middle of the night. The ceiling fan in the bedroom helped to keep it somewhat cool. The seating area facing the ocean needs to be better maintained and definitely needs to be treated for ants which were all over the furniture. They were also all over the kitchen area in the room and even in the bed. We liked the quaintness of the motel but believe it needs a little updating.
