Beautiful hotel, nice and friendly staffs and nice rooms.

Our room smelled like sewer so bad. It smelled like straight poop. It was awful. Tile in bathroom was broken and the bed comforter had stains. When I went to the front desk to tell them of the awful awful smell in our room they gave me a bottle of febreeze and a room deoderizor is all. It did nothing. Awful. Would not stay here, 0/10

When you first get there, the property looks decent. However, the hallway had a terrible smell, and upon entering our room, the tile floors were sticky. We later noticed the bathroom was dirty and had mold and rust in the shower. The towels were dingy, looked like they had not been bleached ever. My family had three rooms reserved and my son’s room had an atrocious smell. He went to the front desk and reported it, they stated there was nothing they could do and he gave him some air freshener. He went again the second day because the smell still had not gone away and the front desk person again said there was nothing they could do. The second day of swimming, we asked for some pool towels and were told they didn’t have any. I would guess it’s okay if you can overlook the issues but would not book again.

Staff was great, hotel is in good condition, I stayed for the World Cup .. price was bit expensive for what you get but I understand that it’s high occupancy season

All was good here. The room was comfortable and clean. It was quiet and relaxing. I did have an issue after booking that I tried to get in touch with management and they didn’t call me back, hence the 4 stars over 5. The breakfast was also very so/so. The potatoes tasted like water in the worst way but we appreciated the waffle maker.

The only issue we had was the sliding/barn door to the bathroom kept coming off track. It wasn’t a huge issue so we just dealt with it. Otherwise we had no other complaints. We were greeted by a lovely gentleman at the front desk and housekeeping was attentive to our needs. The property appeared well maintained and it’s walking distance to restaurants, shopping, etc. I also felt safe with our vehicle parked overnight. We enjoyed our 3 night stay.
