The outdoor areas are wonderful, including a large 12 x 5 m chlorine swimming pool with a depth of 1-2 m and 4 sun loungers, our guests' favourite place for sunbathing. The property is fenced and there are some neighbours nearby. The house is approximately 135 m² on one floor and has 3 bedrooms with wardrobes, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds and air conditioning. For our younger guests, we can provide a cot and a high chair. There are two bathrooms with showers. The living-dining room, with a special character thanks to its stone wall, is very cosy and has two sofas, satellite TV and air conditioning. A second separate dining room with a large table for 8 people also has a sofa and A/C. The separate gas kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking your favourite dishes. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Located on the outskirts of Inca, this villa is ideal for those seeking tranquillity without straying too far from the town, although we recommend that you come with a car. Inca is a small town in the centre of the island with a lot of charm and a wide variety of shops, from grocery stores to clothing stores and other products. In addition, this town is known for its famous cellers, restaurants where you can sample Mallorcan specialities, and its traditional Thursday market. This market has been held continuously for more than seven centuries. The chapel of Santa Magdalena, located on top of a small mountain declared of cultural interest, and its excellent viewpoint over the island, is well worth a visit. This dapper villa was built in 1989 and has been carefully renovated in 2016. During hot summer days, you can refresh yourself in the 5mx 3m private chlorine pool with a depth of 1.3m. The pool is surrounded by a mediterranean garden with different plants, Buddha-Statues and trees, a heavenly place for making a barbecue, having a glass of wine on the terrace, taking a nap on the sofa or getting tanned on one of the two loungers. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors. Once inside you will be surprised by the special style and care with which this house has been renovated. The living room with large sofa invites you to watch TV (satellite, but only German and Spanish channels) or to light a fire in the wood-burning cooker on autumn evenings. The kitchen and dining area are open to the living room, including a vitro-ceramic cooker and all the necessary utensils to prepare your favourite dishes. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bedroom with double bed is furnished in a warm rustic style, offering air conditioning, wardrobe and access to the terrace. Here we can prepare a cot/crib for you if you come with your baby. The highlight is the en-suite bathroom with bathtub, as it is open to the bedroom. The other two bedrooms with two single beds each do not have air-conditioning, but they have their own style and are distinguished by the wooden headboards. The second bathroom has a shower and serves the rest of the house. A 15 minutes' drive takes you to the city of Inca with lots of services like restaurants, supermarkets and shops. On Thursday takes place the weekly market. The next sand beach is Can Picafort, in the north of the island. Furthermore, you could visit Son Serra de Marina, Puerto de Alcúdia or Playa de Formentor. The exteriors are quite beautiful. Go outside and enjoy a delicious barbecue after taking a coffee at the garden, sunbathe on the sun loungers and swim all the morning in the private pool. It is a chlorine pool, sizes 9 x 4 m and has a depth of 1 to 2 m. In its surroundings, there you have a dining table with chairs and an umbrella to take a glass of wine and read something interesting. The porch is also perfectly furnished for your summer lunches or dinners and relaxing on the outdoors sofas contemplating the Sierra de Tramuntana. And if you like doing sports or having fun, there are a ping-pong table, a basketball rack and garden games for the little ones. The plot is fenced and there are neighbours. It is a two-storey house. On the main floor, the living-dining room invites to sit down and relax watching satellite TV or eating all together. From here, you can even access to the terraces and to the pool. The kitchen has everything necessary so that you can cook as if you did it at home, with gas hob, oven and much more. The laundry is independent and you gain access to it from the terrace and it has washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 3 dormitories for your rest, two on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. Downstairs, one of the bedrooms offers two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower, while the other one features a double bed. The one situated on the upper floor has two twin beds as well. Then, there are two more bathrooms, one downstairs with bathtub and another upstairs with shower. The accommodation has central heating and 4 fans. The house is located less than 2 km from Inca, a charmy and quiet village set in the center of the island that has everything you may need during your stay: supermarkets, restaurants, bars and its traditional Thursday market. At night, it is also ideal to go out having dinner or simply having a drink as, for instance, in Plaza del Ángel. At only 20-25 minutes driving you arrive at Bahía de Alcúdia, which has too many km of coast and where predominate sandy beaches alternating both quiet and lively beaches, such as Puerto de Alcúdia.
