森瓦普塔瀑布落基山旅舍(Sunwapta Falls Rocky Mountain Lodge)

Payé 422$ pour une très petite chambre. Pas d’air climatisé, pas de ventilateur, pas moyen d’ouvrir une fenêtre pour avoir une petite brise, bref la chaleur était insupportable. Pas de wifi non plus. Repas au restaurant très dispendieux et pas bon avec une quantité inacceptable de sel. Bref, à moins de vouloir payer deux fois trop cher, continuez votre route et allez dormir à Jasper.

I can’t say enough great stuff about the staff here. They were so friendly and accommodating! But our stay was… fine. The main issues were that our room was SO hot and stuffy. The staff offered us a fan but it didn’t do much. We couldn’t open the door (it was so cool out) because of the bugs and the one window that did open barely did. So it wasn’t the best sleep, felt like a sauna. We also dined at the restaurant and the food was mostly fine but some was inedible. Anyway, not the end of the world just a disappointment for how much it cost.

Great experience, excellent staff, centrally located to sight see & hiking opportunities. Pay phones, lobby computer for outside communication --- Love the peace & quiet away from the rest of the world. Your cellular is probably not going to work for anything other than photos --- enjoy the beauty of the Rockies without annoying distractions. Our stay was early season therefore operations & staffing were still being fine tuned. An awesome experience !!!

Service à la clientèle excellent. La qualité du wifi laisse à désirer. Salle de bain à rénover et mettre décoration au goût du jour.

This is more of a rustic stay. The Unit we stayed in was pretty old but functional. I think Bathrooms would need an upgrade. The living had a fireplace which was a plus. This place fall out of any networks' coverage. The property had Wifi but good luck getting range to your room. We had to walk to the reception to get any Wifi to plan our trip. The restaurent is bit pricy and food was ok. We had better food in the Jasper town. Overall the experience was rustic and not bad, tough felt bit expensive for the amenities or quality of the amenities provided.

We enjoyed being surrounded by the trees in the cabin ambience. The stuff is extremely friendly and helpful. As for the rooms , the comfort could be improved by some little or big renovations. The bathrooms are very outdated and run down. The restaurant food is mediocre especially for the prices.

Friendly staff with a good size room. Room a bit dated but clean. Food at the restaurant is overpriced, and with the new rules in place for covid in alberta, they should have given the option of food pickup.

Extremely overpriced. The facility is super simple and does not justify the price charged. It is not a resort, but rather a simple overnight motel. The restaurant is awful and overpriced. The falls are nice to visit, but I would not overnight there again nor recommend it.
