I paid 45 euros, and it not worth it at all)) that smell… all day, all night non stop) even if you close bathroom door and open the window, its not gonna help you)) its really bad… furniture is old and used pretty hard, there is no kettle, no mini bar, no fridge….thinest blankets i have ever seen in my life…) Breakfast is so-so, just basic, with strange coffee machine, which will poor huge amount of foam in your cup) honestly-avoid this place!

Standard room was fine, under the bed there was some dirt, but it’s fine cuz it’s not 5⭐️ hotel. Beds were comfy and bathroom was fine. The water pressure was really good😄 We stayed just for one night and through travel company so I didn’t have much contact with staff members, but they were smiling all the time. Breakfast was great. Standard things- egg, bacon, cheese, cereal etc.

это буквально самый худший отель в моей жизни, начнем с номера, вся кровать была в чьих то волосах, по всюду пыль, стоит по середине номера переносная батарея и не понятная табуретка, сломанный, грязный душ, на седушке туалета и зеркале были пятна, так же в ванной комнате (от ванной там только слово) не было не кондиционера, не ватных дисков не ватных палочек, такой тонкой и противной туалетной бумаги я не видела нигде кроме этого отеля,отвратительный завтрак, это первый отель где я вижу один вариант мюсли/хлопьев (там просто стоит тарелка с запылившимися шоколадными хлопьями), отвратительный омлет из порошка, протухший сыр и мясо, бармен банально не знал как сделать свежевыжатый сок, который я дождалась через пол часа и попросту не смогла пить так как он тоже был ужасен, сожгите этот отель или просто поменяйте управляющего И ВСЕ В НЕМ

As someone who grew up in Daugavpils I was always admiring this hotel, until I stayed there! Came to visit my hometown and decided to stay there with my family, well that was a mistake. Reception staff were very nice and friendly, but the rest of the stay was horrible. On the first night staff had a party so the music was very loud which is okay. But not after 22:00. At 01:40 I phoned the reception to ask what is going on because none of us could sleep including the child, her reply was “the music will stop at 2am”. Like really?! Next evening we booked a table for 8 in the restaurant, but we were unlucky again as there was some function at the same time and staff were focused on that. 20 min after we sat, we still didn’t get menus, I had to go and ask. Then they said they had the wine we ordered, but came back saying they actually don’t. For three times. Next, they brought our starter courses together with the main for myself and I sent the main course back. Others got starter courses after their mains. My husband on the other side, didn’t get his main course until everyone at our table had already finished the food, which was two hours after we sat at the table. Next day there was a dog show and there was a lot of people with the dogs, and although most of the dogs were fine, some were left in the room on their own (or maybe the owners were there) and were barking for hours. Needless to say that the noise cancellation is very poor so everything was heard inside our room. On top of everything, there was loud music and cars outside the hotel drifting EVERY evening. Never ever staying there again and wouldn’t advice anyone.

One of the worst stays I have ever had. There is no AC during the night, It only worked during the day but the hotel switches it off during the night for some reason. It was 33 outside. No fans were provided. The hotel knows about the issue but doesn’t do anything about it. didn’t sleep for 3 nights at all! one of the worst stays ever. I would not recommend to stay here. There are plenty other hotels nearby within the same price range if I was to come again. Really low standard for the main hotel of the city.

Бизнес-Номер 426 с окном в грязный световой колодец. Отказались поменять сославшись на отсутствие после 17-00 какого либо персонала, способного подготовить пустой номер.Ресторан не работал. В номере нет ничего кроме кроватей. Администратор никакой. Лучше если бы его вообще не было.
