There are some problems inside the room. Aircon leaked and no hot shower in the BR.assigned to me during my 1st day. I raised this and requested for room transfer which they acted upon. But my new room still has an aircon leaked problem. I noticed curtains have stained while towels already on its overused status (not anymore white in color). But the hotel is clean and organized and staff are easy to.deal.with my requests.

Its proximity to various restaurants enhances convenience, allowing guests to easily explore dining options without needing to venture far. This combination of comfort and accessibility makes it a favorable choice for those looking to unwind and enjoy local dining experiences.

The hotel is situated just beside the road. It's close to the FESTIVE WALK as well. The personnel is very accommodating, especially the security guard. Despite not having a window view because it was immediately against a wall, my room was tidy. Everything about the elevator worked well, although the other one was not functional at the moment. Their lobby was elegant, which I liked.

Great hotel. Exeeded our expectations. Will stat again in this hotel in our next visit

整體來說，這次的住宿體驗還是不錯的。便宜的飯店有很好的床。食物選擇不多，不太方便。 他們把自己標榜為“奢侈品”，不要被欺騙，因為他們離奢侈品還很遠。我們的房間有蟑螂、螞蟻，冷氣還在滴水。 游泳池應該關閉進行維修，到處都是瓷磚，游泳時可以踩在上面！安全隱憂！ 迎賓飲料很受歡迎，但酒吧太吵鬧而且空蕩蕩的。您可以聽到一樓電梯發出的撞擊聲，房間不隔音，所以要注意。 工作人員很好而且很細心，所以這是一個加分點！

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Place is clean and spacious.

Excellent to stay specially with family.

我的家人非常喜歡它。唯一的問題是電視一直進進出出我們甚至不能看電影但總的來說一切都很好

Staff is okay. Maganda ang hotel at malinis. Breakfast is okay lang din buffet naman. You will pay php 366 each which is worth it kasi hapon na busog pa rin kami😊. Sana lang ung mga front desk tumatayo kapag nag papacheck in at nag aassist sa guest. Hindi maganda tignan na nakaupo cla while doing it. Sana ma raise sa management.

我們在二樓的房間有一個很大的淋浴，但由於沒有隔間，水會淹沒整個浴室。我們通知了前台，他們很友善地將我們轉移到六樓的另一個房間。那裡更好，有更好的淋浴，但屋頂酒吧噪音太大，我直到凌晨 3 點後才能入睡。不過自助早餐還是物超所值的。提示：這是一家價格合理的酒店，靠近節日步行區，但如果您在周五或週六入住，請避開較高樓層以避免噪音。

Good. Good

Booked a king bed, i was given two twin beds without explanation. Not a big deal. The hotel has a funky smell when you enter the lobby. Aomething like caustic soda in toilet. dont book rooms on the 6th floor, hallway was sooo hot, and at night there’s like humming sound like a muted plane engine, possibly aircondition on the RD. but the rate is quite good, and staff are pleasant and helpful. Also, they allow to extend stay until 6pm at 200 pesos per hour.
