Checking in at reception was so easy, the moment we arrived we were welcomed by every single member of staff that we seen, exceptional customer service to the highest standards.
We were in the suite room and we were not disappointed the suite is amazing so spacious and clean, we had afternoon coffee and cakes in the restaurant and again the service was 5 star from the restaurant staff.
I work in the hotel industry in the UK at a 5 star hotel, I would thoroughly recommend the Richmonde Hotel it’s such a great location too.

Amenities are very good.
Accessible to shopping malls and restaurants.
Location is at the center of the commercial area(Megaworld)
Hotel staff are friendly, accommodating and honest.
Hotel’s buffet serve excellent food.
Nice place for relaxation and family bonding.
Stayed in the Richmonde when it first opened and was thoroughly impressed then. Had a reputation for being a high-end, luxury hotel that was revolutionary during its time in Iloilo City. Hence, it was a deciding factor for me when I chose to spend overnight again during my recent stay, only to be left disappointed. The room felt dated and not very clean. The restroom shower had a used wet rag left on the floor, and the showers needed much repair as rust was seen on the shower heads. May it be due to the fact of the room's price, but I question the hotel's housekeeping protocols when it comes to their attentiveness in room cleanliness and upkeep. Staff was pleasant, respectful, and welcoming. Overall, the hotel is still a better stay than most in the city, and it truly broke my heart to see the descent in quality. With multiple new hotels being built in the city, it is important for Richmonde to continue to improve its housekeeping quality in order for them to maintain that former prestige.

Stayed for an overnight for our family trip. We like their room. It was spacious, clean & neat. The bathroom is PWD friendly. It's just the bedroom's big window glasses that need cleaning. We missed a nice view or pic of the city from our room because the windows are blurry & dirty when we opened the curtains. Also, their is no attendant on the pool. We don't know how to request for towels , no phone visible to call the concierge for assistance. But Staff are all hospitable & friendly. My daughter loves the surprise cake I requested during our buffet breakfast at their Granary restaurant. Food was delicious, they just need more menu & choices especially for kids. Overall stay was memorable. Thank you!
