Bad service specially cleaning and in swimming pool .. no safety no clear rules they say they will open outide swimming pool slide if there are people when we ask to open they say you are not people and laugh. We complain but not good responce.

房間很大。早餐地方很大，感覺像在營地，只吃了煮雞蛋，感覺不乾淨。他們不打掃房間或廁所，只清除垃圾。非常基本的客戶服務。需要改善他們的服務和溝通

This hotel looks nice, however, the cleanliness levels aren't great. There is alot of mould in the bathrooms, and in one the shower head was coming away from the ceiling and leaking from the pipes in the ceiling. In the other the bath shifted alot and creaked when standing in it. The beds are large and relatively comfortable. The kettle was filthy with white gunk floating in it. There is also a bad smell outside the back of the hotel, I think coming from nearby buildings/factories. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was not always easy, unless you are willing to walk alot. There is only one disabled bay at the front which gets blocked off during some events. People often seemed to park across the closer parks, and often people sped around the drop off zone very fast. One driver came very close to hitting me as a pedestrian. The barber attached to the hotel is very friendly and polite and does a good job. The hairdresser/salon had one woman working in it who seemed very annoyed/rude when we enquired to services and prices. However, her colleague came in, and took over who had excellent customer service. Unfortunately I was quite put off by the first staff member as she made it seem like it was such an inconvenience we were there. The pools are quite nice and large, however, it is open to the public so lots of people on weekends. The slides aren't open all the time, but were on the weekend. I cannot say I recommend the massages in the hotel at all. My partner and I had 2. The first was quite enjoyable, however, the second was painful and I repeatedly told the masseuse it was too hard. She argued saying it needed to be and I would "feel better for it later". I did not, I have uploaded photos of the severe bruising on my arms that I was left with. I have been unable to sleep on my side for days and any form of touch is agony. I did go back and complain, and I was told it was because I had 2 massages in close succession. This cannot be the case as the first masseuse did not even massage my upper arms. She proceeded to rub ice up and down the bruises which did not help, and then put a peppermint oil on the bruises. I was reluctant to let her as I am not a fan of peppermint but she insisted it would help. I had been wearing a brand new dress that day and she pushed down the sleeves across the bruises on to the oil as far as she could, I think to hide how bad they were to other clientel. I have washed the dress 3 times already and still can't get the peppermint oil off it. The peppermint did not help at all. My partner has been very upset that they paid for the massage for me to be hurt so badly, and was annoyed the masseuse seemed to be full of excuses as to why it happened rather than taking responsibility. Reception staff were very helpful in providing ice for the bruising and swelling, and showed alot of empathy and kindness to the pain I have been in. Room service could be hit and miss. Hotel Hills Sarajevo Congress & Thermal Spa Resort Sarajevo Disappointing hotel with a lot to do to earn a 3* rating. 912315294 My client chose this hotel for me and told me that it was the best hotel in Sarajevo; this is worrying. Check-in was chaotic - sent to a room that was occupied by a woman taking a shower, which was embarrassing. Check-in staff made a big thing about me arriving early: check-in was 2:00 pm and I arrived at 12:30. They were quite off about this and made a big thing of ' not charging me' for early check-in. Room was spacious and comfortable but not clean and with broken furniture and toilet. Furniture was changed but the toilet wasn't. Why did cleaning staff pick this up? Lights and blinds also broken. Room wasn't clean - dirty skirting boards, tea stains, stained carpet. Drinks tray had no milk or creamer and I was told that this couldn't be provided. Public areas - lots of unused space so it feels like an unused hotel. Only one restaurant - breakfast fine but dinner is dreadful. Same menu in the tired and dated cafe area. Service in the restaurant is slow and rude. When I tried to bring a glass of milk to my room - to make tea - I was rudely told to put it back and told to follow the rules. Definitely not 5 star dining. The foyer coffee shop wasn't open whilst I was there and I was told that the rooftop restaurant referred to in the hotel guide didn't exist. The hotel guide is rude - rules of behaviour for guests - and no information guests need e.g.tv channels, room service menu, numbers for reception, housekeeping etc, tourist information. Because I was here for work I didn't try to get into Sarajevo but my client told me it was 30 minutes away and there is nothing near the hotel other than the airport. If this was 3* it would be just about okay. I stay in 5* hotels all over the world and this hotel isn't 5* in any way. They need to improve staff interaction, customer service, cleanliness, dining facilities, room facilities and conditions etc to get to be a good 3* hotel and they've a long way to go to get to be a 5* hotel.
