Basic and noisy but clean and good London access Cheap and basic place to stay with easy transport link to London (10 min walk to Ilford station and 30 mins on tube to central London) Reception guy was friendly and helpful and it has a 24/7 reception and free onsite parking. They gave us a room right at the back which we thought would mean it was quiet but sadly we were next door to a room that played pumping music all night, chatting and coming and going through the night. Not sure why we couldn't stay in the front part which seemed a lot quieter. Walls are very thin so bring earplugs. Otherwise it was clean and tidy.

Nothing. The staff was carrying a cat, when he was about to attend to me, he allowed the cat to move freely in the lounge. However, I told him to get hold of his pet as I am allergic to it. He then took the cat to the back of the house where the room I was supposed to occupy was. The passage way to the room was dirty, the cat was moving freely at the back of the house. Unfortunately, when I went into the room, I felt so very much irritated, and had to check out in less than 30 minutes of checking in.

Short 1 night stay, the room was very compact but clean and comfortable, the bathroom with shower was compact too but clean and nice shower. There is a small off rod car park at the front. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk into Valentines Park and only a short walk onto the high street in Ilford
