Our stay at the Rain Farm Game Lodge and Spa was amazing. The service was wonderful and the food was absolutely devine. The game drive was lovely and the ranger was very informative. There is nothing I can fault the Lodge on. Well done to the Rain Farm Lodge and Spa!

The staff were friendly. The room was neat n clean and we watched movies through netflix. The food was amaizing, the outside shower was perfect. Game driver was funny and we saw all the animals. We wish to come back.

Beautiful place,had a good stay with my friend,we booked for 4 people but ended up being 2 ,But they were very understanding and manage to find another room to accommodate us ,special thank you to Precious

What an incredible experience at Rain Farm Private Game Lodge near Ballito! We stayed one night in their luxurious treetop units, and "wow" is an understatement. The accommodation is the epitome of comfort and elegance, making our stay unforgettable. From the moment we entered the gate, we were in awe of the stunning landscapes. Rolling hills, serene dams, and free-roaming wildlife create the perfect backdrop to unwind and immerse yourself in nature's beauty. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, adding a personal touch to our visit. And let’s talk about the food—it was absolutely top-notch! Every bite was a treat, and the dining experience alone is worth the visit. Rain Farm isn’t just for overnight guests; day visitors can also enjoy their beautiful pool, cozy restaurant, and well-stocked bar. It’s a fantastic spot for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I highly recommend Rain Farm to any nature enthusiast or anyone seeking a peaceful retreat. I’m already planning my next visit—this place is a must-see!

I will never recommend Rain Farm Lodge to anyone. It is bat infested and even had a sign on the wall warning if bats enter the room how to remove them. My hubby and I booked for our anniversary. The food was soaked in fresh cream. As soon as we entered our room there were 4 bats flying around. A window was left open upon arrival and this was after 8pm I was terrified and locked myself in the bathroom. We left and didn't stay the night but were refused a refund. There were spiders crawling in the bed under the covers. The manager refused to grant even half of what we paid which was R3000 for 1 night. We were told that if we called them which we did they would have removed the bate which we were not happy with. What if more came back during the night? There definitely have an issue with bats as they had a sign in the room warning of this. Rain farm please address your bat issues. People can't be sleeping overnight with bats flying above their heads. And at least half of our money should have been refunded as we only spent 10 min in the room. We didn't even go for the game drive or stay for breakfast

Rain farm is beautiful, friendly staff and a peaceful atmosphere. Food could have had more selections but overall a fun and exciting gateway. If you scared of snakes and bats suggest don't book in a hatched roof house and they came through the roofs especially when it's hot even though we had Aircon. Rain farm tried to accommodate all your needs if they can which was amazing
