伊瓜蘇縣Kiosco Bea附近住宿

這個賓館是不錯的，附近有一個公交車站，去大瀑布很方便，去伊瓜蘇港都可以。環境不錯，走到小鎮不遠，十分鐘，附近有不少飯店，從機場出來有中巴可以送到這個賓館，票價900比索，蠻方便的。

Muy buena atención del hotel. Limpieza y tranquilidad. Lugar accesible y cerca de otros puntos de interés. Buen desayuno, variado y completo. La atención de los mozos es espectacular, especialmente de Fabio. La comida del bar: deliciosa y fresca.

O destaque do hotel fica por conta de sua equipe de colaboradores. Todos são atenciosos e se esforçam para ajudar. O que precisa melhorar é o aquecimento do quarto, que nem sempre funciona devidamente e o café da manhã (que é servido por uma empresa terceirizada).

Our room was clean and well cared for so our experience was better than some recent “don’t stay there comments”. The hallways were worn and it is in need of some updating. Our shower delivered hot water (well, warm water) but it was more of a hose instead of a shower. My main complaint is the water is not drinkable, according to staff, and no water was provided with the room. Small bottles of drinking water are available for purchase from the mini bar for 1500ARS (walk down the street and you can buy 2 L for less). At this type of hotel, it just seems wrong to not provide some drinkable water as part of your room price. Sorry, I wanted to like this place but the water situation really annoyed me.

Large, modern, comfortable room with everything needed for the stay. Good breakfast, although on the first day overcrowded thanks to a large tour group preparing for getaway. Food and service in both the ground floor restaurant and the roof terrace were of good quality. Attentive and friendly front desk staff. Spectacular view from roof terrace (rooftop pool closed, but not a problem for us). Recommended.

When I review a place it generally means that I had an issue. This hotel is fine for the price but there were several things that wrecked the experience for us. 1-the pool water was green so we couldn’t use it. Lack of chemical maintenance would be my guess. 2-air conditioner had no controls. It was either on or off. We inquired and they said it was the way it is. 3-room 307 has no wifi. Again we inquired and the answer was that’s the way it is in Iguazú. Finally we spoke with a different front desk person who said the WIFI is better on floor 1 so we moved and guess what, the wifi is fine on floor one. Our new room also has batteries in the air conditioning unit so we can control the temperature. Aside from a small amount of black mold growing on the shower caulk, the room is fine. The showers both have a shiny tile floor. Very slippery but they do have a hand hold in the shower. Well, I guess we are in the jungle after all. We were happy to be on the first floor so we wouldn’t have to ride the elevator anymore. The elevator stopped either right on the floor or several inches above or below so rider beware and watch your step! 4-our biggest frustration was with transportation. There are a couple of guys that sit in the lobby and represent a tourist firm of some sorts. They speak or understand no English. If you a Spanish speaker, you may have no problems but we sure did. We were abandoned in Brazil at the water falls there by our driver. We had to be very resourceful to even get back to our hotel. We had no cell service there and although there was wifi at the Falls, it was in operable due to the high traffic. Remember we are in the jungle. We had 2 other issues with transportation solely due to the “tourist company” not really being a company at all. I still don’t know their connection to the hotel but I highly recommend not using these people if you want reliable transportation. 5-the last issue occurred a few minutes ago . We asked for a late check out a couple of days ago and were granted one till 2:00 PM as we were then leaving for the airport. At 11:00 they showed up at our door telling us we had to leave or pay 23.00 late check out. My heart started pumping which can be bad for an old timer and I went directly to the manager. Told him we were granted a late check out by the front desk guy who spoke English. He insisted that we needed to pay the 23.00. I refused to do so and we “discussed “ all of the problems we have had. He was un phased until I said I was going to write a bad review on Trip advisor. Suddenly he said we could stay at no charge till 2. There is also some good to this review.. with the exception of the black mold, the rooms were quite clean. The breakfast was very good and as advertised. The hotel is in a good location. Forgot to say the tv stations are only in Spanish which is what we expect here in Argentina. My advise…if you don’t speak Spanish enough to get by, perhaps try another hotel.
