This beautiful luxury house is located just outside the stylish city of Santander and a short distance from the 5 best beaches in Cantabria: El Sardinero, La Magdalena, Mogro, Soto de la Marina, and Liencres. It is well located for exploring the beautiful coast and mountains of Cantabria.
The house has a private garden with swimming pool, table tennis and BBQ, and various outdoor spaces for relaxing and informal eating.
It is fully furnished and decorated with exquisite and carefully taste. Spread over 3 floors and two spacious living rooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, 7 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and 3 bathrooms; a large porch with table and chairs and a balcony from where you can view the surroundings.About pets:Pets allowed: less than 55 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 12:00 PM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 5:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking allowed: in designated areas.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 26.About events:No events allowed.

Fin de semana con amigos
La casa cumple con todo lo descrito, super limpia y con todas las comodidades para disfrutar de un gran fin de semana.
A 15 minutos del centro de Santander y con zona de supermercados y servicios a menos de 5.

Fin de semana con amigos
Melva, muchas gracias por todo! Disfrutamos mucho de la casa, hicimos una bbq y tuvimos suerte con el tiempo. Es un alojamiento muy amplio, con espacio de sobra y el trato con Melva ha sido excepcional. Gracias!

Un chalet para relajarte y disfrutar
Hemos estado el fin de semana en la casa un grupo de amigos/as y la verdad que hemos disfrutado muchísimo. El chalet está localizado en un barrio muy tranquilo, rodeado de naturaleza y a un paso de Santander. Nos hizo buen tiempo, con lo que pudimos bañarnos en la piscina, hacer una barbacoa, jugar al pin pon.. Además, Melva es un encanto y disponible para ayudarte cuando lo necesitas. Si volvemos a Santander, no dudaría en repetir.

Fenomenal
La casa estaba muy bien equipada, tal y como se presenta en las fotos. La casa estaba limpia. Pudimos disfrutar del jardín, bbq y de la piscina ya que nos hizo muy buen tiempo.
Muy recomendable ;)
