I reserved one suite and a double room around a week before my stay. The hotel’s rooms are warm, not very well equipped, but they are OK. What’s really disturbing is that they called me the night before my stay to inform that prices just went up!

Curieux etablissement qui se veut moderne et branché mais qui demande à ses consommateurs d'aller commander eux mêmes au bar et de se déplacer pour payer ensuite ! Le personnel n'est pas très sympathique voire même froid, est ce une conséquence du climat ! Un petit verre et puis s'en va ...

Negative Aspects: 1. 🛌 Accommodation Woes: The hotel room fell short of expectations, with issues ranging from cleanliness concerns to uncomfortable bedding. 2. 🍽️ Lackluster Dining: The on-site dining options failed to impress, with subpar food quality and limited menu choices. 3. 🛠️ Maintenance Problems: The overall maintenance of the hotel left a lot to be desired, evident in various areas, including faulty amenities and worn-out furnishings. 4. 🕒 Poor Service: The service was consistently lackadaisical, with unresponsive staff and prolonged wait times for basic requests. Conclusion: Regrettably, my experience at L'Empreinte Hotel was far from satisfactory. I strongly caution potential guests to consider alternative accommodations until improvements are made to address these pressing concerns. Many issues...Food mediocre, very different than the menu described, terrible service, lukewarm espresso....Very slow service. Waiter not trained? Expensive for what we had. Very disappointed. Expected much better for this nice city. Too bad, A lot of staff around so why ? Avoid

l'emplacement est super, hôtel propre un peu de retouches à faire mais pour une nuit c'est correct, resto sur place et personnel serviable, chambre chauffées ça vaut la peine pour une nuit à 10°. le resto est sur avec beaucoup de variétés et les repas délicieux.
