We boekten deze B&B voor een weekendje Ieper. Kort bij het Minneplein waar je gans het weekend gratis kon parkeren. Zeer fijn verblijf, zeker een aanrader. Is voor herhaling vatbaar. Bedankt Joke voor je gastvrijheid en Tips. Groetjes Patrick en Rosi

Deze fantastische B&B ligt in het hart van het prachtige historische centrum van Ieper en is vlot bereikbaar. Parkeren kan er gratis vlakbij de B&B! We kregen een heerlijk luxueuze kamer ( orange delight) die zowel een douche als een heerlijk groot bad had en zalige bedden! Koffie en thee konden we ook op de kamer maken en bad producten waren ook voorzien. We genoten van het heerlijke ontbijt met zicht op de binnentuin en kregen een hoop tips om ons verblijf nog leuker en interessanter te maken. Gastvrouw Joke deed werkelijk alles om het verblijf zo fantastisch mogelijk te maken! Er is ook een gezellig salonnetje met een aantal interessante boeken over de streek, kunstenaars en geschiedenis en voor kranten liefhebbers zijn er oude exemplaren uit alle uithoeken van de wereld. We gaan zeker nog eens terug om de streek verder te verkennen met de fiets en ons heerlijk te laten verwennen! Een echte aanrader!

Top B&B, zeer net, goede en vriendelijke ontvangst, een perfect weekend in een zeer mooie kamer. Lekker en verzorgd ontbijt. Ideale locatie om de Westhoek te verkennen. Perfecte locatie in het centrum van Ieper. De tips van de gastvrouw omtrent culinair genieten werden zeer gesmaakt. Een topper voor een verlengd weekend!

Very nice B&B, right in the centre of Ypres but still quiet. Large pleasant room and breakfast was excellent. Mrs Jo, the hostess, was lovely; chatty, friendly and very helpful especially with arranging safe storage for my bike. She made us feel very welcome and we enjoyed our stay

There are many negatives here that have been highlighted by previous travellers and yet no attempt to fix by the owner. The internet wifi is unusable. It takes nearly 5 minutes to download a search for local restaurants or 3 minutes to download a simple email from gmail. You need your own data plan. The price of breakfast is ridiculous at EUR 20 which defeats the point of a “BnB”. There is a trip hazard when you walk in the door. I rolled my ankle on the gap in the entrance foyer . The street noise is unbearable until 11pm as the property is located on a main road that has cobble stones. Our room was not serviced during our stay, which makes you feel like it is a basic Airbnb apartment, not the boutique hotel as advertised on their website. The location is good and parking is close , but communication with the owner is poor and I would recommend a local hotel rather than returning here.

We arrived earlier than anticipated, and immediately was shown the most wonderful room (all be it on the second floor). The room and en-suite bathroom were spacious, beautifully decorated and had the usual refreshment facilities. The owner was most accommodating, and provided a lovely buffet breakfast, with options of cereal, pastries, breads and cooked items. We were also given discount vouchers for local attractions and advice as to places to visit which met our desires.
