Driving up, the lodge looked calm and relaxing. The staff at check-in was really friendly. The only downside was that the shower was not very clean (sticky walls). The rooms fridge was leaking. Also, after a day of enjoying the small town of Idyllwild, I wanted to watch some TV. However, it did not work.

The staff were outstanding! What more can I say. It’s that simple. They went up and beyond in taking care of me. Thank you!

Beautiful view outside the upper floor windows. The bed was comfortable. The furnishings and fixture is 5-star quality. Friendly staff.

Beautiful property close to town. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Bed is comfortable. A very helpful front desk. Romantic fireplace and a fire pit. We will be back again. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Absolutely magical stay! This Lodge was so beautiful. We loved the Memory Suite— the cozy fireplace and incredibly comfortable bed made it feel like a home away from home. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive to all our needs. One of the highlights was relaxing in the jacuzzi under the night sky—pure bliss. Highly recommend for a peaceful escape!

Rustic Views Paired with Refined Luxuries My wife and I took the two and half hour drive up from San Diego, before we even hit the road, Sean from the Lodge called to let us know early check in was available, when we got there it was so cozy, a rustic view with luxurious rooms and sitting areas including a fireplace and piano, Daniel, the manager was super friendly. Everyone who worked there was kind and offered great suggestions for Hikes and Dining. We spent three nights just lounging around, reading and star gazing after hiking and eating our way through the town. The hot tub, sauna, and gym were a nice surprise. Highly recommend to all who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of either LA or San Diego for the weekend.
