Idyllwild has much to offer tourists, including upscale dining, shopping, and art. Get ready to be “wowed” by the never-ending views from this contemporary mountain-style retreat. With attention to detail, cool finishes, cozy spaces, plus a wrap-around deck with hot tub and long-range views, you will immediately feel relaxed at Sunset. But, if you need some “alone time,” there is plenty of space inside and out to find your serenity. There is again the stunning, wrap-a-round deck for ultimate outdoor relaxation. Lake Fulmore & Lake Hemet area has so much to offer guests, from hiking and walking trails to streams, boating, swimming, and more. While at Sunset, everyone enjoys all that Idyllwild has to offer. Of course, when you return home, the spectacular deck allows you to pull up a chair and take in the "sound of silence," observe the night as it fills with stars, and watch the fireflies come out to play in your backyard. Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts. This vacation rental is equipped with air-conditioning. -Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund plus a $150. No Cancellations are Allowed for November, December, and January - Pets: Dogs are welcome, with a nightly fee per dog. If you plan to bring more than one, prior approval is required and additional fees may apply. For bookings made through third-party sites likeOther animals: Any pet other than a dog must be approved in advance. A flat fee of up to $500 may apply depending on the type of animal. -Check-in instructions: On your arrival day, the reserving guest will receive a text with check-in instructions between 3:30-4:00 PM. Please stop by our office to retrieve your key from the lockbox. - Parking: Free parking is available for 3 vehicles. - Rental agreement: Please review our rental agreement for our house rules. You will receive an emailed version to sign, but if you prefer other options, please inquire. - Age restrictions: Due to the new County of Ordinance 927.2: We no longer accept reservations for anyone under 21 years of age. Guests under the age of 25 will be required to provide additional insurance at check-in, with a non-refundable fee of $70.00. Seasonal wood delivery: If available, there is a $28 fee per bundle (approximately 20 pieces). Please provide at least 5 days' notice for a Friday arrival date or at least 3 days' notice for any other day of the week.
