المنتجع موقعه خيالي والخدمات ممتازة اعتبرها المطعم حلو والأكل ممتاز موقعه قريب من فندق وايب مشي بالأقدام يعني إذا بتغير مكان للقهوة او العشاء ينفع تروح له وقت العصر يقدمون شاي وقهوة للنزلاء في الحديقة يهتمون برش المبيدات حول الغرف عشان الحشرات اثاث الفندق يعتبر قديم ياليت لو يغيرونه ويزيدون قائمة لأنواع القهوة خصوصا للسياح العرب

I'm writing this review for the food at the Fog resort. We had been to Munnar and stayed at The Vibe resort which was fantastic. after a few days, we just went to fog resort for dinner which is located right across the vibe. the waiters in the restaurant were very unprofessional and inexperienced. they were not equipped to handle even a normal situation. There was no F&B manger on that day and no one to supervise the restaurant operations. We had found a cockroach in our chicken tikka and there was no senior waiter to even raise our complaint with. all the junior waiters started panicking when we showed them the cockroach. it was a bitter experience at fog and we regret to have gone there for food even for ONE MEAL. please avoid going there if possible

The hotel is set with a beautiful view overlooking the valley from the restaurant terrace. The staff were fantastic - very friendly and attentive. The dinner was delicious and very good value for money - of note they don’t have an alcohol licence. The breakfast buffet was good too. Our only suggestions for improvement would be that (a) the restaurant felt like it lacked ambience, particularly due to the bright lighting, and (b) the bedrooms were noisy due to the echoey hallway, noise from the restaurant, and noise from the games room.

Lovely hotel (one if the best we stayed in on our tour), very attentive staff, food was delicious and they showed my husband what he could eat as he is gluten intolerant. View from balcony was amazing and made our stay memorable. The swimming pool was welcome after a busy day sightseeing

We had a wonderful 2-day stay at Fog Munnar with friends, and the experience was beyond our expectations! The breathtaking views, cozy rooms, and peaceful surroundings made it a perfect getaway. A special thanks to Mr.Praveen, the General Manager, and his entire team for the warm hospitality and care . He ensured every little detail was taken care of, making our stay truly memorable. Will definitely visit again.

Staying at Fog Resorts was a wonderful experience. The scenic beauty and the vibe there was really great. The food and services were also very nice. Overall we all enjoyed our stay. We actually booked for one night but as it was a very comfortable stay we extended it to two nights. The resort has a very calm and peaceful environment.
