Havuz çok temizdi barın kokteylleri çok güzeldi hizmet inanılmazdı garsonlar sürekli sahadaydı çok beğendim tavsiye ederim

Arkadaşımla birlikte temmuzun ilk haftası 4 gün boyunca konakladık, ödediğimiz ücrete göre aldığımız hizmetten oldukça memnun kaldık. Yaşadığımız sıkıntıları söyler söylemez en kısa sürede hallettiler. Havuzu ve odamız oldukça temizdi. Tek eksik noktası olarak internetin odalarda çekmemesini söyleyebilirim. Kahvaltıda yumurta, peynir, zeytin, reçel, domates salatalık ve ekmek veriliyor, bizim için yeterliydi. Genel olarak tam bir fiyat performanstı.

Great hotel, very clean great pool area with lovely chilled bar. Staff were brilliant very friendly and no hassle. Very central to bars, shops and beach is 5 minutes walk. Would definately stay again.

Great location. 3 minute walk to beach. Close to bars and restaurants. Room was comfortable, clean and spacious - we booked a family room for 2 of us. The staff made the holiday - couldn’t do enough for us.

We have stayed at the Diva hotel before and have also just returned from there. All the staff, receptionist lovely lady, owners (brother's) and even the cleaners so friendly and helpful. Everyone friendly and so helpful. We had our room cleaned and fresh towels regularly. The cleaners always made the bed look so pretty with the towels. The room we had was lovely with everything we need. The hairdryer was better than my own and lovely soft towels. We had a lovely full length balcony to sit out on. We were given a new kettle when requested which was much appreciated. The pool is the best we've stayed at and we've been coming to Icmeler the last 3 years and this is our favourite and even booked again to come back in October having already booked the same room. The hotel has had some new modern facilities since last year being 2 lovely new outside toilets by the pool and a lovely new sunbed area. Always had a sunbed. The diva bar is lovely and all the waiters so friendly too and do anything for you. Chiefs restaurant is attached to the Diva hotel and this is our favourite eating place with such lovely friendly owners and staff. So looking forward to returning in October.

We arrived at Diva about 12pm at night, grumpy old man at reception who’s English wasn’t good gave us key to top floor room where you couldn’t swing a cat, bed had to be moved to open balcony door. En suite very very dated, couldn’t lock the main door no lock or key, spare furniture was stored outside our room making it very awkward to get in. We complained to grumpy old man who said he had nothing else to offer us, about 5 minutes later a younger man came up and offered us the room next door which we could lock but no better inside, toilet was filthy. Next morning lady of the hotel spoke to my husband and said she’d move us to the suite on 1st floor which was much better. She said she’d move us and wanted us to be happy for our 10 day stay. Beds were not changed, towels changed once throughout 10 day stay. It was a nice quiet hotel in good location, bar staff always friendly and cheerful. This could be a perfect hotel with money spent on it. Lady of hotel was lovely and always pleasant.
