Restoranda yemek yedik ve havuzunu kullandık. Konaklama yapmadık. Her şey güzeldi yemeklerini beğendik, havuzda da çok eğlendik. İşletme sahibine çok teşekkür ederiz. Bunun dışında restoran çalışanlarınızın gelen misafirlere kişisel olarak soru sormamaları gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Bu konuda daha çok dikkat edilmeli.

Odaları büyük ve temiz, yatakları ***et geniş nevresimler Hiltonla eşdeğer. Personel güler yüzlü ve işini çok iyi yapıyor. Restoran fiyatları piyasanın altında ve yemekleri çok lezzetli. Denize yürüme mesafesi 10 dk. Arabanızı çevredesinde ki ağaçlar güneşten her daim koruyor.

Appartement spacieux et confortable au calme, petit balcon pour prendre son petit déjeuner ou boire un verre très agréable. tout conforme à ce qui est indiqué, grande piscine pour se détendre, bonne atmosphere. 5 étoiles ⭐️

Honest review - We booked 2 rooms for myself hubby and 2 children and one for my elderly in law, after travelling all day we arrived at 8pm to be told they had not read out booking correctly and did not have 2 room available till at least the next day. We was given a solution it was share your one bed room or sleep on the sun beds by pool. So we had to get my 83 year old mother in law up 3 flights on steps who uses a walking aid. The rooms a damaged and dated the the step into the bathroom was broken and by two year old cut her foot on it. The shower head was cracked my husband had to take it off to show them to get it replaced and no one understood what we was trying to tell them. For self catering rooms there was nothing but a fridge and kettle no toaster ect. If you have young children or please not great on there feet this place is all steps, to bar to pool to the rooms to the toilets it is not set up for families. The staff speak very little English this place is used by the Turkish only one other English family there in the two weeks. I felt very unconfutable Turkish families taking pictures of my baby and one even picked her up and tried taking her to her side of the pool. Luckily my brother in law was stopping next door at the Bilnur (now this is an amazing hotel family run perfect) we ended up spending all our time there and will be booking next year it is a perfect family run hotel. After only eating at our hotel a few times and paying every time once we finished as we were leaving at 2am in the morning they wouldn't let us get on our transfer as they said we owed them money we knew 100% we did not and defo not to the valve of nearly £100 . We argued and even showed them proof we wasn't even round the pool on the days they said we were he told our driver not to put our cases on the transfer and arguing for nearly and hour we was going to miss our flight we gave them half and left. I don't usually leave such a review but I don't want another family to go through what we did. One thing is for sure we will not be returning!!!!

Returned here after visiting in 2023 when tiki beach first took over and although the rooms are small and basic we enjoyed the holiday. What a difference 2 years make! The place has gone downhill dramatically. We travelled as a family of 6 and arrived at 4am after a long transfer due to the driver wanting to stop off for a 30 min break so he could have a bowl of soup and chat to his mates. When we finally arrived at the apartments we were greeted with the manager informing us we had no rooms despite us booking and paying for 3 rooms in April and contacting them directly a week or two before we travelled to confirm the rooms. We were then sent to some other apartments for a couple of nights. These were basic but clean and to be honest we were just grateful they could take us in. It would be a further 2 days before we were all allocated rooms at sardunya and we could finally unpack. Pros No rush for a sunbed Close to shops and restaurants Cons Rooms in dire need of attention -shower head not attached to wall we had to hold it over ourselves to shower, shower doors old and broken, cracked tiles on the walls and generally run down and dirty. Paint peeling on kitchen cupboards, kettle had a broken lid and you had to put the light on for the sockets to work. Ants all over the balcony, could not sit out without them crawling all over your feet. Just as well I had packed a tin of dettol spray which helped slightly. No top sheet for the bed just a small scratchy cover which was barely big enough to cover 1 person let alone 2 and pillows like bricks They are severely understaffed with only 1 cleaner for the whole complex and a max of 2 inexperienced staff on the bar/food area. I did feel sorry for the cleaner as she seemed nice but to be honest the standard of cleaning was awful. I never once smelled any cleaning products after the room had supposedly been cleaned and to prove a point i did not pick up a false nail I had dropped under the coffe table and it was still there at the end of the holiday. Bedding and towels were not changed regularly and I had to request clean ones. If you bought a drink at the bar they never had any change and you had to wait until they remembered or you bought another drink and reminded them. If you ordered food they had to ring tiki beach and then someone on a scooter would deliver it. Not an ideal situation when ordering full English breakfasts. They could not even make a simple baguette, this also had to come from tiki beach. This could be a lovely little set of apartments with better management and some money spending on it, but if they continue in the way they run it now I can only see it getting worse.

Where do you start from the moment you arrive? You charged a fortune for air conditioning the rooms are basic. I’d say below basic the bedroom uncomfortable the rooms are tiny. It’s absolutely filthy. If you have a problem. Don’t expect it to be fixed. Our air conditioning machine exploded after paying 40 English pounds for it and all they said was just turn it off. The pool is tiny. It’s full of old people drinking all day who don’t like kids absolutely terrible Place. If this review hasn’t put you off and you still go, please take your own bedding as the bedding that’s on the beds don’t fit every time you roll over it comes off they don’t give you a blanket. They give you like a hospital blanket and itchy quilt thing pillows are stand. The bathroom is from 1950s and fall into pieces and if you’d like a shower you better go into the beach because the hotel one is shocking.
