Firstly I only gave 1 star as you can't give 0 stars.secondly ignore any of the good reviews there either people happy with rubbish or paid by hotel there lies. The photos on here are not this hotel On arrival we're told your room is over the road behind that shop and we were just pointed there,you have to walk through an un lit dining room to get to lift which is open for anyone to just walk in off street.the rooms are tiny out dated and not clean at all the beds are uncomfortableand small im 5'8 and my feet hang over side.we only got 1 towel and the shower is timy.we arrived at 5.30 am was rang at 9am by someone saying you need to come to meeting we said no we are tired,he rang back at 10am saying its important we go so when we went down it was a rep basically selling there over priced trips. The food is disgusting flies everywhere breakfast has no bread or toaser no bacon beans or sausage no fruit just some kind of meat salad and hard boiled eggs you can't peel.lunch is no better only difference is added in edible fish as there full of bones and some fruit which was brown.tea is just same food from lunch with added chicken and rice which are all cold and no taste.no ice cream are and kind of edible deserts that arnt from earlier.we payed for ai and and had to eat out everyday its that bad. The pool area is tiny most of the beds are broken and if you can get a bed there's no room for anywhere to put it the ladders into pool are loose and the plasticgrates aroundpool are broken.the bar drinks are terrible there's only vodka which is in pre filled mini bottles and they only put half the bottle in your drink there's whisky and draft efes which has no alcohol in you can drink all day and not feel like there's alcohol in it.theres no other drink options. The manager has no customer service skills and should be removed from the hotel,when we brought up issues with room and food his reply was it's our hotel if you don't like it don't come back. The only good thing about the hotel is location other than that avoid it totally

Me and the wife stayed here our first and last time. We stayed for 2 out of 7 nights then moved back to Icmeler for our last 5 nights. The live band on for 2 nights were so loud we thought they were in our room on the 3rd floor so i can”t imagine how bad the 1st and 2nd floors must have been. Then there was a DJ on for the next 3 nights as well. When the band finished at approx 1230 am the bars loud music kicked in til late. The room was very small with very little storage and a small glass fronted fridge which shone all night. The sea-view was amazing with a fair sized balcony. Breakfast was good and plenty and typical Turkish which we liked. Some of the guests were rude and walked around as if it was a 5 star which it definitely was not. When we checked out they tried to charge us for a meal and drinks we hadn’t had and we had to show proof that we had not. Would we go back? a BIG NO

Balayımız için geldik bu otele. Her şeyiyle harika bir deneyim yaşadık. Çalışanların hepsi güler yüzlüydü. Odalar tertemiz. Bu otelde en beğendiğimiz şey yemekler oldu. Sıradan açık büfe bir yemek sunmuyorlar. Sanki restorandaymışsınız gibi yemeğinizi o an pişiriyorlar. Yemekler de tabii ki harikaydı. Aklımızda isimleri kalan Birkan, Derya, Yağmur, Beyza, Gizem ve Serkan’a (tatlı konusunda müthiş bir şef) çok teşekkür ederiz. Barda; Alperen, Oğuzhan, Damla ve Sadık gerçekten işinin ehli insanlar. I am currently staying at this hotel, and I must say that it left me with mixed feelings. On one hand, the design and ambiance of the hotel were simply breathtaking. The sophistication and beauty of the rooms were in perfect harmony with the surrounding environment, creating a truly immersive experience. The location, too, was unparalleled, and the hotel made the best use of its prime position. However, despite these positives, I couldn't help but feel disappointed by the service provided by the staff. Communication between the hotel staff and guests was noticeably lacking. Important updates and events were only announced on Instagram, leaving many staff members uninformed about the happenings within the hotel. This lack of coordination resulted in confusion and frustration as we found ourselves unaware of available amenities or the current menu offerings. One of the major drawbacks was the disinterest shown by the staff towards the guests. While the hotel was exclusively for adults, the adjacent beach seemed to attract people from all over, which impacted the serene and exclusive atmosphere. To add to the disappointment, the hotel staff paid little attention to the beachgoers, appearing disengaged and uninterested in catering to their needs. It was disheartening to observe the lack of personal touch and genuine care that should be expected from a luxury establishment. The music experience at the hotel was a mixed bag. While the pool area offered a perfect and relaxing musical backdrop, the beach area suffered from inconsistencies. On some days, loud disco music with heavy bass blared as early as 8:00 in the morning, disrupting any hopes of tranquility. On other days, pleasant and soothing summery tunes would play, befitting a 5-star relaxation haven. This inconsistency in the musical atmosphere added to the overall inconsistency of the hotel's identity. It is evident that a considerable amount of thought had been put into the hotel's design, but unfortunately, the same level of consideration does not seem to extend to defining what the hotel truly wants to be. Moreover, it is apparent that minimal effort had been invested in training the staff adequately, resulting in a lackluster guest experience. In conclusion, this hotel possesses the potential to be one of the world's finest, thanks to its exceptional location and captivating design. However, it falls short due to poor management and the disruptive activities of neighboring establishments. While I genuinely wanted to love this hotel, the issues with service, communication, and inconsistency left me feeling unsatisfied. With some improvements in management and a focus on training and coordination, this hotel could truly become a world-class destination.
