1) the receptionist on May 14, 2025 around 22:00 was not willing to help us doing the self-check in kiosk. We were about 15 minutes struggling on putting our names or booking ID to verify the booking but it didn’t work. After that a staff with glasses came from the room from the back of reception and helped us through it. Thx a lot to her.
2. The carpet in the room is very old and dirty
