28.03.2025 Tarihinde El Puente Cave Hoteli arayarak 30.03.2025-31.03.2025 tarihleri arasında 1 gecelik yer ayırtmak istediğimiz söyledik. Kendileri 101,102 ve 107 nolu odalardan birini seçebileceğimizi müsaitlik olduğunu söylediler. 102 Nolu odaya tuttuk. Ücretin yarısını ibanımıza göndermeniz gerekiyor dediler. Oda ücretinin yarısını ibanlarına gönderdik ve bizlere rezervasyonumuzun yapıldığı bilgisi whatsapp üzerinden verildi. Aradan 3 4 saat geçtikten sonra whatsapp üzerinden sistemde bir hata olduğunu tüm odaların dolu olmasına rağmen ekstra 1 oda sattıklarını özür dilediklerini rezervasyonumuzu iptal ettiklerini söylediler. Bizi bayram öncesi hem zor durumda bıraktılar üstüne gönderdiğimiz parayı 29.03.2025 tarihinde gün içinde iade edeceklerini muhasebeye bildirdiklerini söylediler fakat hiçbir geri ödeme yapılmadı. Was really looking forward to staying here and was not let down. The room was nice and included a spa. It is relatively close to all the main sites in the area. The breakfast was slightly different to the normal which was a refreshing change. Family run establishment and all were attentive and helpful.

We arrived at the hotel. We were sent to our rooms and immediately we went to leave. The rooms smelled very bad. The hotel staff tried very to get rid of the smell but it lingered. The hotel was far from everything and there was no view to speak of. The only redeeming quality of the hotel is that the owner is very kind and helpful.

Our first experience of stay in Cave hotel. It's a family owned hotel. Very courteous, friendly staff .The cook made delicious vegetarian food for us. Stayed for 2 nights as part of group tour. It's in a very peaceful location not very far from city centre . All rooms have jacuzzi. We stayed on the ground floor overlooking nice courtyard. The rooms above have nice views of the valley.

Interesting stay in a cave like room. Quite well appointed but as you’d expect in a cave, a little dusty and musty. Nice breakfast and a pleasant courtyard out front to sit. The village location is a little remote and not a lot of eating or shopping options nearby. What really spoiled it though was the bad drain smell in our room. Should have asked to change but due to late arrival and in a group we just put up with it. Word was that most room seemed to have it. Shower wasn’t great either and water went everywhere.

This cave hotel in Capadocia was a big treat for us. It was very different to stay in a cave but the rooms are very well renovated . The staff were extremely helpful. I was thinking to do this review for a long time. If you go to Capadocia this is a very good place to stay. We went as part of our Trip a deal tour to Tukey. The lady who seemed like the owner/manager was extra special. Everything about this hotel was amazing. I have already recommended this to my family and friends.
