Beautiful location, nice garden Nice family room but with hard mattress. The single bed offered was noisy with each movement and so hard. Filtered water was available instead of bottled water (non Indians always opt for bottled water) Very limited buffet for breakfast, we were served and not encouraged to self serve Omelette, which is a basic item for breakfast, wasn't included. If ordered, then paid additional. My elderly parents were placed on the second floor and no lift was available

It's a nice place to stay but they can do much better with hospitality specially with people who have travelled from outside South India. Must say one staff member was very nice. He was very sweet and helpful. Sorry to have forgotten his name but it was his b'day on 7th or 8th June.

Excellent stay away from hustle bustle of the busy city of Madikeri. Awesome hospitality and tasty cakes... Trech leches and chocolate truffles is the best thing to eat

Clean and neat hotel. Situated in good area. No crowd. Food was good and tasty. Staffs were helpful.

We stayed in Vrindavan for 2 days. The locality and the ambience outside is good but it is highly priced for the quality of facilities provided. Restroom was stinking when we checked in but we were informed that house keeping would come for cleaning only in the morning and they just helped us with a room spray to manage. Breakfast buffet had very limited options, curtains are old and require replacement and the mattress had some stains. The owner and the staff members were very friendly and that is the only positive experience that comes to my mind. If they work on the amenities and price , it might attract more tourists. No air conditioner and elevator available. Parking is available and the garden area outside looks beautiful.

It was a pleasant stay last time. With that experience we booked the hotel again and unfortunately it turns to be a bad experience. We have been given a room with no ventilation and couldn’t stay for full duration of 2 days. Had to check out early. Never visit again! Needs lots of improvement. Not all their rooms are good. Try to avoid GF rooms, if you had to stay for some reason
