They have the most comprehensive breakfast available in luxury hospitality, with an exemplary trilingual and helpful fine dining team.
We thank everyone for making us feel at home in Switzerland🇨🇭 thanks to the beautiful Andrea,🇵🇸🌹Valentina🌹 Laura🌹, Andi; the sexy Cuban🍒Kristina🌹, Maître Chek🖤, the magic omelet maker, and everyone in general.

From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were royalty! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. The room itself was luxurious and comfortable, with all of the amenities you could want from a five-star hotel.

Great hotel in the center of Ibiza. Amazing staff, great food, clean and nice rooms and the most amazing breakfast buffet ever. I‘d say one of the best if not the best choice in that area

Magnífico lugar para disfrutar de tus vacaciones o trabajo . Personal muy experto y amable . Sus instalaciones son excelentes, spa , restaurantes, habitaciones, piscinas … hotel que siempre recomiendo a todos mis conocidos . Llevo 15 años siendo socia del spa durante toda la temporada y siempre la misma calidad y limpieza . Es una maravilla. Esmeralda .

La realidad es que el hotel es espectacular, instalaciones, servicios, etc... Pero no tienen mucha empatía ni comprensión con los clientes. Ante situaciones de fuerza mayor como la CANCELACIÓN de vuelos por el reventón del neumático de un avión en un aeropuerto (noticia de público conocimiento), no mostraron flexibilidad ni disposición para ofrecerme algún tipo de compensación u alternativa como un descuento o un voucher a utilizar más adelante por esa noche que perdí. Esta falta de consideración me generó mucha decepción, ya que esperaba un trato más comprensivo ante una situación que está fuera del control del turista y que por supuesto es algo que hubiese elegido evitar.

Das beste Hotel in Ibiza, ich kenne seit 30 Jahren fast alle Hotels auf dieser Insel. Teuer, aber es ist das Geld wert. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, die Mitarbeiter sind super, der Smashburger ist Weltklasse, mehr kann ich nicht sagen

We came to celebrate my husband birthday, between friends and family we had 12 rooms booked. Everything was good until check out time. Girl by the name Alaia ruined the whole experience. On top of been unprofessional and not knowing what to do, she's rude, obnoxious and lying. Simple task became a huge issue for her. Thank you for the manager Pedro who stepped in and solved the issue. If you staying at Ibiza Gran try to have any communications with front desk Alaia to avoid any unnecessary stress.

El personal muy amable,pero nos hemos llevado una gran decepción con las abitaciones no se como un hotel de esta categoría puede vender abitaciones sin ningún triste balcón, no sé si volveremos nos da mucha pena porque antes estuvimos muy bien

Atención excelente. Comodidad, tranquilidad y todo lo que se puede esperar en una visita a un gran establecimiento hotelero. Magnificas instalaciones. Desayuno de cine. Habitación super cómoda, grande y muy bien equipada. Equipo de superprofesionales
