Excellent rooms and services. the breakfast was very nice with ***y varieties

1) Mr. Qyayyum Sous Chef was very helpful. We had an inetresting chat during your exceptional breakfast session & Mr. Guddu at the Restaurant Chill was very helpful in selection of dinner items. He suggested perfect dishes, understanding our taste and likes. A big hug to him. 2) Housekeeping Floor Assts Mr. Rajkumar and Mr. Lokesh were very helpful. So were Sai and Kiran; A round of claps to these boys 3) Swapnil did his best at the BAR 4) Last but not the least - Mr. Vinay - He was the 1st person I met as I entered the hotel property, he being in Front Office. He was patient enough with me, to understand my needs and gave me the perfect business class room. Overall felt at Cloud 9. Awesome Hospitality. Thanks. Rajaa Murugan

Very very good service to and the staff are so good and they are good speaking and the hotel was so awesome

It was big spread of breakfast buffet live counter also there must try delicious egg Benedict served by chef chef and chef Ashok friendly staff specially chef are too friendly thanks to Radisson Blu banjara hills, it was a great experience.

I am coming to my Birthday Celebration, and it was amazing celebration,but not hotel , reception staff not taking to hindi language,that was not comfortable... But other services are amazing..i like blu plaza.

It was both an adventurous and business trip. Since it was my fist time in Hyderabad i hoped to make a lot of memories, which i did.

We had an awesome weekend - the pool and restaurant were very good. The spa was an outstanding experience- the staff were expert in their work and very courteous. The rooms are very aesthetic and beds are very comfortable. Overall it was a rejuvenating experience.

My recent stay at Radisson Blu Hyderabad Banjara Hills was extremely disappointing. Despite checking in at 4 pm, basic amenities such as medicines were not provided upon request, and I was instructed to purchase them myself at 2 am. This lack of care for guests' needs is unacceptable for a reputed five-star hotel. Furthermore, the pool area was overcrowded due to a swimming summer camp, resulting in a poor experience for hotel guests. The lack of cooling in the pre-function area added to the discomfort. Additionally, the restriction on daytime visitors to the room until I insisted otherwise was frustrating. The unprofessionalism extended to the staff, who were more focused on littering than assisting guests. A check-in time of 4 pm for someone who arrived at 2 pm is simply unacceptable. Overall, the experience fell short of the standards expected from a hotel of this caliber.
